Mazlan Othman, a Malaysian astrophysicist, is set to be tasked with co-ordinating humanity’s response if and when extraterrestrials make contact.

Aliens who landed on earth and asked: “Take me to your leader” would be directed to Mrs Othman.

She will set out the details of her proposed new role at a Royal Society conference in Buckinghamshire next week.

The 58-year-old is expected to tell delegates that the proposal has been prompted by the recent discovery of hundreds of planets orbiting other starts, which is thought to make the discovery of extraterrestrial life more probable than ever before.

Mrs Othman is currently head of the UN’s little known Office for Outer Space Affairs (Unoosa).

In a recent talk to fellow scientists, she said: “The continued search for extraterrestrial communication, by several entities, sustains the hope that some day human kind will received signals from extraterrestrials.

“When we do, we should have in place a coordinated response that takes into account all the sensitivities related to the subject. The UN is a ready-made mechanism for such coordination.”

Professor Richard Crowther, an expert in space law at the UK space agency who leads delegations to the UN, said: “Othman is absolutely the nearest thing we have to a ‘take me to your leader’ person”.

The plan to make Unoosa the co-ordinating body for dealing with alien encounters will be debated by UN scientific advisory committees and should eventually reach the body’s general assembly.

Opinion is divided about how future extraterrestrial visitors should be greeted. Under the Outer Space Treaty on 1967, which Unoosa oversees, UN members agreed to protect Earth against contamination by alien species by “sterilising” them.

Mrs Othman is understood to support a more tolerant approach.

But Professor Stephen Hawking has warned that alien interlopers should be treated with caution.

He said: “I imagine they might exist in massive ships, having used up all the resources from their home planet. The outcome for us would be much as when Christopher Columbus first landed in America, which didn’t turn out very well for the Native Americans.”

Transfer of Power to Antichrist

I am convinced that the preliminary steps are being finalized for the rule of Antichrist.

Amazing things are happening. Power is being transferred to new individuals all over the world.

Most historic and dramatic is that the Queen of England's power has turned upside down. She is a virtual subject. It was not voluntary. Today's headlines from UK's newspaper, The Independent, www.independent.co.uk:

* It doesn't sound much, but this is a constitutional watershed

Great Britain's Prime Minister was just replaced. Japan's top leadership was recently changed, as was Australia's. Yesterday I read that North Korea's 'dear leader' will be replaced. I also read that Putin will be retaking power in Russia. Turkey has a new leader, as does several of the states in the Caucasus. Pakistan's leader has been replaced. There are numerous others.

In the U.S., Obama's financial people are being replaced, along with Rahm Emanuel, Larry Summers, Axelrod, and it is rumored that TARP Administrator Herb Allison will be stepping down, among others. I fully expect to see far more dramatic events and changes within the Office of the President over the coming weeks.

These are not routine changes. They have been ordered - and by levels of power far above these world leaders. Did you know that there are levels of security far above Top Secret? Over 20 levels above is one called Cosmic Top Secret.

It is not difficult to confirm, for those who have the time and interest to do the research. Many people in the military and ONI (Office of Naval Intelligence) have written about it. It is a matter of public record in numerous documents, by numerous people. At this highest level of world security the orders come from cosmic individuals, otherwise known as entities. In the Bible they are known as rulers of the air, ruled by the Prince of the Power of the Air himself, Lucifer. The United States and other countries have been consorting directly with them for over 60 years. Now they are in charge. They are calling the shots in all of these changes. Do you think the Queen of England has voluntarily give up her power? I think not.

These new 'leaders' of the nations will be making the financial changes in the coming weeks or months. This will consist of a new world currency and other changes.

Other kinds of changes are happening. Earth changes. Sea changes. Cosmic changes. The BP oil spill is mysterious. None of the experts know exactly what happened or why it happened, but one thing is known. The area has been heavily policed from Day One, and the secrecy surrounding the entire thing is unprecedented. Very little news has gotten out, and the news that has been announced is known by everyone to be contrived. Something very strange is going on under the sea bed, in some ways reminiscent of the intense pirate activity in the Gulf of Aden, which is believed to be a 'star gate.' A star gate is a transit point for cosmic activity. They are arranged geometrically in a number of locations on earth.

World political leaders are drinking a bitter cup, as are - or will be - required of many religious leaders. They are all being divested of their power by the very one who gave them their powers in the first place; Satan is now ready to put the "A Team" in place. The Vatican's crimes are known by all, the most recent being the financial scandal revealed this week, ahead of the new world currency.

Many more things will be revealed about many more religious leaders, sexual scandals, money scandals. You will discover that Satan rules many of the religions from the top. That will all be laid out. The purpose here will be to destroy the religions of the peoples - especially Christianity. Only those who have a personal relationship with the King of Kings will be able to spiritually survive with their faith intact. This, of course, would be the born again Christians (there is no other kind).

The goals are to 1) destroy Christianity 2) destroy Islam 3) destroy the atheists. This is why this 'terror' is constantly being trotted out to the gullible. It allows the Antichrist Police State to be put into place (security is need for our protection, right?!). The plan is to pit Christians against Muslims so they will destroy each other, and then get rid of the atheists. No one will be tolerated to be left standing except those who will join the new world religion in worship of Antichrist. He will allow no rival gods -- especially not the God who created him, the One whose likeness on earth was Jesus Christ, who has already destroyed Satan (outside of earth's time constraints).

Revelations will be coming out on all fronts to expose rulers, religions, deeds, actions. Part of that was today's speech by Ahmadinejab at the UN, where he said (accurately) that a majority of people in the United States and around the world believe the American government staged the Sept. 11 terror attacks. (Why would they do this? To set up the police state under the guise of national security, of course.) The complicit nations' representatives walked out.

Other deceptions are on tap. There will be archaeological discoveries and explanations which the peoples of earth will immediately believe (being so well trained). The people in the U.S. will be - and are now - being desensitized to police brutality.

I believe the evidence (which I have had no time to write about) clearly shows that the Antichrist headquarters will be set up in Washington, D.C., and will later rule Jerusalem. Satan is the author of confusion and chaos, two characteristics for which the U.S. is becoming quite well known.

Do you begin to see what I mean by spiritual warfare?

There is much, much more which I could tell you, but the cares of this world take up so much time in the lives of most people that I am forced to be as brief as possible. Do you begin to see why Jesus asked if there would be faith on earth when He returns? The Antichrist government is in the process of being set up.

UK Proposes All Paychecks Go to the State First

The UK's tax collection agency is putting forth a proposal that all employers send employee paychecks to the government, after which the government would deduct what it deems as the appropriate tax and pay the employees by bank transfer.

The proposal by Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs (HMRC) stresses the need for employers to provide real-time information to the government so that it can monitor all payments and make a better assessment of whether the correct tax is being paid.

Currently employers withhold tax and pay the government, providing information at the end of the year, a system know as Pay as You Earn (PAYE). There is no option for those employees to refuse withholding and individually file a tax return at the end of the year.

If the real-time information plan works, it further proposes that employers hand over employee salaries to the government first.

"The next step could be to use (real-time) information as the basis for centralizing the calculation and deduction of tax," HMRC said in a July discussion paper.

HMRC described the plan as "radical" as it would be a huge change from the current system that has been largely unchanged for 66 years.

Even though the centralized deductions proposal would provide much-needed oversight, there are some major concerns, George Bull, head of Tax at Baker Tilly, told CNBC.com.

"If HMRC has direct access to employees' bank accounts and makes a mistake, people are going to feel very exposed and vulnerable," Bull said.

And the chance of widespread mistakes could be high, according to Bull. HMRC does not have a good track record of handling large computer systems and has suffered high-profile errors with data, he said.

The system would be massive in terms of data management, larger than a recent attempt to centralize the National Health Service's data, which was later scrapped, Bull said.

If there's a mistake and the HMRC collects too much money, the difficulty of getting it back could be high with repayments of tax taking weeks or months, he said.

"There has to be some very clear understanding of how quickly repayments were made if there was a mistake," Bull said.

HMRC estimated the potential savings to employers from the introduction of the concept would be about £500 million ($780 million).

But the cost of implementing the new system would be "phenomenal," Bull pointed out.

"It's very clear that the system does need to be modernized… It's outdated, it's outmoded," Emma Boon, campaigner manager at the Tax Payers' Alliance, told CNBC.com.

Boon said that the Tax Payers' Alliance was in favor of simplifying tax collection, but stressed that a new complex computer system would add infrastructure and administration costs at a time when the government is trying to reduce spending.

There is a further concern, according to Bull. The centralized storage of so much data poises a security risk as the system may be open to cyber crime.

As well as security issues, there's a huge issue of transparency, according to Boon.

Boon also questioned HMCR's ability to handle to the role effectively.

The Institute of Directors (IoD), a UK organization created to promote the business agenda of directors and entreprenuers, said in a press release it had major concerns about the proposal to allow employees' pay to be paid directly to HMRC.

The IoD said the shift to a real-time, centralized system could be positive as long as the burden on employers was not increased. But it added that the idea of wages being processed by HMRC was "completely unacceptable."

“This document contains a lot of good ideas. But the idea that HMRC should be trusted with the gross pay of employees is not one of them," Richard Baron, Head of Taxation at the IoD, said in the release.

A spokesperson for Chancellor of the Exchequer George Osborne was not immediately available for comment.

I Had A Dream

From 2006:

When I was having my morning devotions I decided not to read the Bible for some reason, but rather to start a new book written by Michael Evans, Director of Jerusalem Prayer Team. The book is based on a prayer of David. I stopped short on page 28 at a very simple statement which I have heard thousands of times, about the sheep and the shepherd. But this morning it struck me like lightning.

I stopped cold and closed my eyes and envisioned a scenario. It was so moving and real to me that I immediately came to my computer, again closed my eyes, and typed the entire thing with eyes closed, as I 're-wound' it in my head. Here it is:

I saw that I was a little white lamb, just a baby lamb.

I was frolicking along, and before I knew it I found myself caught in a sort of patch that had a lot of thorny branches, and as I stepped one foot one way and then another, I found myself surrounded on all sides, above and below, caught in a thicket. No matter which way I tried to turn, there were huge thorns, 10"-12" long. I could move in no direction at all. I was paralyzed with fear and to move in any direction was to encounter a thorn. I couldn't move, not an inch, in any direction, and I began to panic. Even my shaking threatened to bring me into contact with a thorn that would tear into my skin.

But I found my voice, the one thing left to me, and I whimpered with a small bleat, wondering how far away my shepherd was, and afraid he was too far away to hear me. And even if by some miracle he could hear, even he couldn't move me out of this thicket. I was surrounded on all sides, encircled by thousands of thorns. But there was nothing left to do, and in my despair I bleated with a small and hopeless whimper, just in case.

I closed my eyes so as not to see my prison, and was afraid to even sigh, because that small movement would harm me. Everything turned black.

As I sank into the depths and prepared to die, I felt something strong beneath me. Soft, oh so soft, but so strong. My heart skipped, and I opened my eyes and beneath me I saw the huge hand of my shepherd, so soft and so strong. But his hand had a huge scar that ran clear across it. He must have got caught in a thicket, too, I thought. His strong hand lifted me right up through the entire thicket bed, straight up, and somehow even though the thorns were still all there, his hand, with me in it, went straight up through them as if they were only shadows of thorns, and not the real things. As if they were nothing at all.

Above and away from the thorns, I sat in his huge hand and looked up at him, still shaking with fright - and afraid he might be angry with me. But He smiled down at me, oh! so tenderly, and patted me on the head with his other hand. I had really never been up this close to him before, and I was thrilled. I was safe. And he wasn't angry. I could tell that he loved me more than anything.

He tucked me into the hollow of his arm, nestling into his soft white robe, and I relaxed for the first time. My trembling gradually stopped as I snuggled and fidgeted into the crook of his arm and my fear subsided. I took bigger and bigger sighs of relief, no long afraid to sigh, and I was so relieved and comfortable that I fell asleep in his arm as he walked along beside the beautiful green pasture. The tap, tap of his staff as it hit the ground alongside his steady, slow gait lulled me into slumber.

I don't know how long I slept in the hollow of his arm, but I woke up and looked at him, up close, and just watched him. I had never been this close to my shepherd before. He looked down at me and smiled. I felt so ridiculous to have gotten lost that way, but he just smiled and patted me on the head again. I could see that he knew what I was thinking. "Don't worry, my little lamb, even when you think you're lost, you're not. I'm always right here. Always. Have no fear. You belong to me."

He gently sat me down on the dusty path beside him, looked lovingly down at me, took up his rod again, and said, "Just follow me." He set off with long slow strides, and I frolicked along behind, following him down the path by the quiet stream. Relaxed and safe, I looked at all the interesting things on both sides of the path, but was very, very careful not to lose sight of him.

I wanted to stay very close to my shepherd.

545 Problems

Politicians are the only people in the world who create problems and then campaign against them..

Have you ever wondered, if both the Democrats and the Republicans are against deficits, WHY do we have deficits?

Have you ever wondered, if all the politicians are against inflation and high taxes, WHY do we have inflation and high taxes?

You and I don't propose a federal budget. The president does.

You and I don't have the Constitutional authority to vote on appropriations. The House of Representatives does.

You and I don't write the tax code, Congress does.

You and I don't set fiscal policy, Congress does.

You and I don't control monetary policy, the Federal Reserve Bank does.

One hundred senators, 435 congressmen, one president, and nine Supreme Court justices equates to 545 human beings out of the 300 million are directly, legally, morally, and individually responsible for the domestic problems that plague this country.

I excluded the members of the Federal Reserve Board because that problem was created by the Congress. In 1913, Congress delegated its Constitutional duty to provide a sound currency to a federally chartered, but private, central bank.

I excluded all the special interests and lobbyists for a sound reason. They have no legal authority. They have no ability to coerce a senator, a congressman, or a president to do one cotton-picking thing. I don't care if they offer a politician $1 million dollars in cash. The politician has the power to accept or reject it. No matter what the lobbyist promises, it is the legislator's responsibility to determine how he votes.

Those 545 human beings spend much of their energy convincing you that what they did is not their fault. They cooperate in this common con regardless of party.

What separates a politician from a normal human being is an excessive amount of gall. No normal human being would have the gall of a Speaker, who stood up and criticized the President for creating deficits..... The president can only propose a budget. He cannot force the Congress to accept it.

The Constitution, which is the supreme law of the land, gives sole responsibility to the House of Representatives for originating and approving appropriations and taxes. Who is the speaker of the House? Nancy Pelosi. She is the leader of the majority party. She and fellow House members, not the president, can approve any budget they want. If the president vetoes it, they can pass it over his veto if they agree to.

It seems inconceivable to me that a nation of 300 million can not replace 545 people who stand convicted -- by present facts -- of incompetence and irresponsibility. I can't think of a single domestic problem that is not traceable directly to those 545 people. When you fully grasp the plain truth that 545 people exercise the power of the federal government, then it must follow that what exists is what they want to exist.

If the tax code is unfair, it's because they want it unfair.

If the budget is in the red, it's because they want it in the red ..

If the Army & Marines are in IRAQ , it's because they want them in IRAQ

If they do not receive social security but are on an elite retirement plan not available to the people, it's because they want it that way.

There are no insoluble government problems.

Do not let these 545 people shift the blame to bureaucrats, whom they hire and whose jobs they can abolish; to lobbyists, whose gifts and advice they can reject; to regulators, to whom they give the power to regulate and from whom they can take this power. Above all, do not let them con you into the belief that there exists disembodied mystical forces like "the economy," "inflation," or "politics" that prevent them from doing what they take an oath to do.

Those 545 people, and they alone, are responsible.

They, and they alone, have the power..

They, and they alone, should be held accountable by the people who are their bosses.

Provided the voters have the gumption to manage their own employees..

We should vote all of them out of office and clean up their mess!

Real Money = GOLD

We can see the evidence of "things are not right.com" at our local credit union, with which we have done business for 30 years. We have two checking accounts, a VISA account (no balance), an open loan account (no balance), and a vehicle loan - all at this institution. My husband went in to the credit union on 9/15 to transfer money out of our checking account to apply to the principal on the vehicle loan ... and they said they could not do it until October 1st. What??

We weren't even taking money out, just making an internal transfer of our own money from one account to another. This means the institution is on life support. They didn't want to make a balance sheet transfer. Imagine what they would say if we tried to make a cash withdrawal. However, we have decided to make certain that we DO make cash withdrawals ... by writing our check at the grocery store for an extra $300 cash each week. There's more than one way to skin a cat - especially an almost-dead one.

It shouldn't surprise me. I know what's going on in the world. Still, it is shocking. Somehow you never think it will happen.

So, what is happening? The 3rd quarter of 2010 has brought with it a sharp increase in the financial crisis caused by the U.S. leadership, which is engineering the economy and global finances into the abyss and serious breakdown, forecast for the first half of 2011. The U.S. will be forced into great austerity, due to the combination of real unemployment of 20% combined with still-falling equity in property. A year ago the global financiers were willing to 'carry' the US. That is no longer the case, especially after the threats and heavy hand of the Fed at the meeting of central bankers in Jackson Hole.

The Federal Reserve knows that it is doomed. Americans have abandoned the stock market, which now consists primarily of major investment institutions and high fliers. The former Oppenheimer analyst, Meredith Whitney, says that 10% of the entire Wall Street work force will lose their jobs. U.S. central bankers thought they could give the people the illusion of wealth one more time, thereby pushing them into spending again, which would re-start the financial engine again.

It didn't work. Millions of Americans are becoming educated, and millions are facing something worse than mere austerity ... poverty. And many are in, or near, retirement. Combine this with the non-stop anger of the people with their government for a myriad of other reasons, and it spells disaster.

Look, the world financial system is nearing collapse. The big players include the Federal Reserve, the Vatican, the BIS, the Bank of England, the European Central Bank, Bank of Japan, and others. Gold prices have been suppressed for decades. The London Bouillon market has sold 100 times the amount of gold they actually have. Massive fraud has been perpetrated on purchasers of gold shares, who bought paper instead of the actual gold itself. It is believed by many that gold records were stored in Building 7 of the World Trade Center (the third building - the one you never hear about - that fell after the first two buildings). While Wall Street is still unwilling to admit that the only real money is gold, the rug is being pulled out from under them. They are in denial at the thought of the end of the gravy train ... and the end of the game.

Yes, it has everything to do with the Sun, but also with our galaxy 'Milky Way'. It is a cycle, and we are at the end of this one - or one could say the beginning of the new one. The new stats on the Earth's magnetic pole shifts show a vastly faster time sequence than was previously known. What was not mentioned was all that goes with such events.

The cause of a magnetic pole shift is a weakened magnetic field and a charged up Earth's core. This occurring at the same time during the 'apex' of a solar cycle - in this case Cycle 24, and you have a scenario which allows charged particles i.e. solar flares, CME's, coronal holes, GRB's, and cosmic galactic rays to have hard shot at Earth's core. When this occurs - one might say 'all hell breaks loose'.



What this suggests is the Earth's inner and outer core becomes extremely active, this in-turn affects the mantle, this in-turn causes earthquakes to rattle and volcanoes to erupt. Additionally, as a result of a fragile magnetic field, charged particles will play havoc on all forms of extreme weather.

Scientists have long known that the magnetic pole moves. James Ross located the pole for the first time in 1831 after an exhausting arctic journey during which his ship got stuck in the ice for four years. No one returned until the next century. In 1904, Ronald Amundsen found the pole again and discovered that it had moved--at least 50 km since the days of Ross.



Current evidence suggests we are now approaching one of these transitional states because the main magnetic field is relatively weak and rapidly decreasing. The geo-paleo record in one particular lava flow in Nevada suggests the magnetic field moved by 53 degrees in a single year. Globally the magnetic field has weakened 10% since the 19th century and perhaps another 10% in just the last few years. When this was mentioned by researchers at a recent meeting of the American Geophysical Union, many newspapers carried the story. A typical headline: "Is Earth's magnetic field collapsing?"



Sometimes the field completely flips. The north and the south poles swap places. Such reversals, recorded in the magnetism of ancient rocks, are unpredictable. They come at irregular intervals averaging about 300,000 years; the last one was 780,000 years ago. Are we overdue for another? No one knows.



At the heart of our planet lies a solid iron ball - about as hot as the surface of the Sun. Researchers call it "the inner core." It's really a world within a world. The inner core is 70% as wide as the moon. It spins at its own rate, as much as 0.2 degrees of longitude per year faster than the Earth above it, and it has its own ocean: a very deep layer of liquid iron known as "the outer core."

Earth's magnetic field comes from this ocean of iron, which is an electrically conducting fluid in constant motion. Sitting atop the hot inner core, the liquid outer core seethes and roils like water in a pan on a hot stove. The outer core also has "hurricanes"--whirlpools powered by the *'Coriolis' effect of Earth's rotation. These complex motions generate our planet's magnetism through a process called the dynamo effect.



*On Earth the 'Coriolis Effect' deflects moving bodies to the right in the northern hemisphere and to the left in the southern hemisphere.

Extreme and periodic sudden changes will occur. They always have ... and they always will. It just so happens this is likely to occur in many of our lifetime. As mentioned prior; it is not so important as to 'where' you live, as to 'whom' you surround yourself with during extreme and confusing times.

"And the tables were the work of God, and the writing was the writing of God, graven upon the tables." Exodus 32:16

The above verse is the first appearance in the Bible of the word 'writing.' Interesting, too, that it does not refer to the writing of man, but the writing of God.

This reference is to the Ten Commandments written on the stone tablets and given to Moses, and was "written with the finger of God," according to Exodus 31:18. And, in addition, God himself wrote the commandments a second time - on a second set of stone tablets, to replace the first tablets after they were shattered (Exodus 34:1).

This is incredible. I remember the first time that passage sunk into my mind. I must have read it many times before I spotted that. It is an amazing fact.

There is a third writing of God, this time in the New Testament, and it is even more exciting to the Christian. "Ye are manifestly declared to be the epistle [letter] of Christ ... written not with ink, but with the Spirit of the living God; not in tables of stone, but in fleshy tables of the heart" (2 Corinthians 3:3).

We Christians are letters! We are letters personally written by the Spirit of God! To what purpose? We are God's letters "known and read of all men" (2 Corinthians 3:2). We are God's letters to the world. Astounding.

What Are They Teaching Our Kids?

What on earth are they teaching our kids in the government-run public school system?

The answer is, 'Not much.'

Several generations of America's children have gone through 12 grades without knowing a thing about the Constitution, the Federalist Papers, Joseph Stalin's mass murder of nearly 30 million Russians, or Chairman Mao's mass murder of upwards of 80 million Chinese.

In fact, many if not most of the 'dumbed down' actually think that Communism is a good thing.

This week has brought us yet another example of the shenanigans occurring at taxpayer-funded schools.

6th graders in the Wellesley, Massachusetts public school system were treated to a field trip to a mosque. The children were placed along side of Muslims in the kneeling position as they bowed and prayed to Allah. Teachers did not intervene. Parents were not notified to give prior approval.

Further, the children were subjected to a lecture by a Muslim who proceeded to totally misrepresent the nature of Islam, directly contradicting known and proved facts concerning the oppressive nature of the religion.

Several pertinent questions come to mind concerning this outrageous attempt by a government-run school system to tarnish young minds concerning Islam.

What if this had been a Pentecostal Christian Church? Would school officials be as accommodating? Would there be an intervention when children were placed along side of Christians speaking in tongues?

What about a Jewish synagogue? What if a Jewish rabbi had presented a lecture on the horrors committed by Muslims toward the Jewish community? Would school officials have intervened?

The sad truth is that the school system would never remotely consider a field trip to a Pentecostal church or a Jewish synagogue. And were such a trip planned, it is safe to assume that parents would have been notified in advance, giving them opportunity to opt their children out of such a trip.

But when it comes to Islam in America today, Leftists will take every conceivable opportunity to promote it. Totalitarians share a strong bond, whether they be religious or secular.

Should You Meditate?

First, a little lesson in logic. While 'a rose is a rose is a rose' may be true, it is definitely NOT true that 'meditation is meditation is meditation.'

It all depends on the object of your meditation.

Let me get right to the heart of the matter. If you 'go silent' and 'empty your mind' in Yoga, TM, contemplative prayer, or through any other method, you will be opening up your mind to demonic forces. Often these forces disguise themselves as "Jesus." Remember, Satan is the father of lies and deception. If this is your method the object of your meditation is satanic.

This practice was brought to the West (America) nearly 50 years ago from the East, i.e., eastern religions. It was a deliberate act to introduce our young people to demonic forces through pagan religions. It has been an overwhelming success, so much so that it is blanketing "Christian" churches across America.

Meditation not centered on God's Word is often harmful. Isaiah 8:19 warns against "wizards that peep and mutter [same word as 'meditate'],' and "Why do the people imagine [same word] a vain thing? (Psalm 2:1).

If, however, you meditate strictly on God's Word, you will be obeying and worshipping your Creator.

"This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success." Joshua 1:8

This verse contains the first use of the Hebrew verb for 'meditate' in the Bible and it is a command to meditate on the Scriptures. It is not 'clearing the mind' or 'picturing someone or something.' Rather, this meditation has a distinct purpose: to obey "all that is written therein."
The blessed person is the one whose "delight is in the law of the Lord; and in his law doth he meditate day and night" (Psalm 1:2). Only then will we be blessed.

Yes, by all means should meditate.

"Meditate upon these things; give thyself wholly to them; that thy profiting may appear to all" (1 Timothy 4:13, 15).

The Next Great Challenge For The Church

Silencing Fools

"For so is the will of God, that with well doing ye may put to silence the ignorance of foolish men." 1 Peter 2:15

This is an era of foolish men, and women (and children). It is an era in which people build themselves up in their own eyes and even aspire to become gods. (Fat chance.)

It is a day of dark mindedness, of selfishness, of arrogance. People have high opinions of themselves. It is a day of foolishness.

Foolishness is in political correctness, in the schools, in the churches, in the world of finance, in 'so-called science' (which the Bible calls it), certainly in government, in relationships, in understanding, and in wisdom.

"Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools." Romans 1:22

"The Lord shall have them in derision." Psalm 2:4

Up is down, right is wrong, good is evil, black is white. If you are care about the world's opinion to any degree, you will keep your mouth shut about almost everything, because if you speak truth you will be attacked and persecuted - by fools. It is a pointless exercise to 'cast your pearls before the swine.' In other words, don't waste your time arguing with foolishness. Their eyes are blind and they cannot see. Save your pearls for those whose eyes are open, who want to know truth.

Christ is our example. When he was reviled, he "reviled not again; when he suffered, he threatened not; but committed himself to him that judgeth righteously" 1 Peter 2:23.

If you suffer persecution, take it without rancor, but silently and patiently, for "this is acceptable with God" (1 Peter 2:20).

You will be vindicated in time. God will have the last word.

The Burden of Knowing

It's true that ignorance is bliss, at least in the short term. 'Knowing' carries with it a burden too heavy to bear alone - and too heavy for most to want to share.

There are things going on in this world that are so evil, so invisible, so unprecedented in history, and so powerful that it is unbearable. The world is entering a period never known on earth before. And few know - or want to know - the truth.

The church should know, and warn the sheep, and teach the sheep what they should do, how to prepare. Well over 80% of the church leadership seems to be ignorant or complicit. 15% is too busy with the affairs of life and has no time to comprehend the weight of things. Perhaps 5% knows and is trying desperately to get the attention of the blissful, to no avail it seems.

The church and the world seem unaware that we stand on the spiritual precipice of all time. We are outnumbered even more so than David was with Goliath.

The West has been naive bait for the powers of this world and has fallen victim to the wiles of the pagan East and its ancient gods, who rule this earth.

The church leadership is busy with programs, power, ploys, money and ministries. They vie for the best attendance, music that mimics the world, excitement and marketing to appeal to the fleshly appetites.

While the world is desperate for something real - some solution to its pain and anguish - the church stands silent and irrelevant to meet the realities of the present age. The church is the only source of answers and truth, all of which are in The Book, but the church is afraid to touch it, to read it, to talk about it, to apply it's stark truths to the present reality. Most of the church is a hollow shell that offers nothing to the world.

As in the days of Noah, we occupy our time with that which will disappear in a moment, and we ignore the things of eternal importance, despite the fact that we are literally a moment away from eternity.

I go through the motions of this life, but my spirit is elsewhere, wandering ...wondering. Wondering why so few Christians are living the abundant life which is available, the triumphant life, the transcendent life, the separate life, the life of prayer and praise and joy - the life in Christ.

Today I have that extremely rare moment of discouragement. Where are those of like mind? Where are the spiritual fighters, the overcomers, the aware? I read 2 Corinthians and am comforted by Paul's defense. I'm certainly no Paul - not in the same league, but in the same game, and I know how he feels.

I know there are others who understand. Thousands. Perhaps millions. And yet it seems as though each of us fights the good fight alone. Where are they, my compatriots in the faith? Where are those who can truly say, "To live is Christ, to die is gain?" In my little church ... in little groups on the Internet.

And then there lurks the thought that if all we Christians have going for us in this battle is the likes of me ... then we're in even worse trouble than I already know we're in. Lord, have mercy.

And He does. An old song comes to mind, "Speak, my Lord. Speak, and I will answer: 'Lord, send me.'" He has to do His best with what He has available - the weak, the insignificant ... the willing. That's His modus operandi. He delights in it. And I'm so grateful.

My body is here, but my heart, mind and spirit are at the throne of grace. This world is not my home. I am just a-passin' through. It couldn't be more true.

I miss my parents today. I'm thankful they left before things came to this. I know our conversation on this subject well enough to replay it in my mind, and smile. It won't be all that long until we can review the battles together, and worship the victor - our creator - together ... face to face.

You CAN Understand The Bible

Psalm 119 in its opening stanza identifies the traits of a lifestyle subject to the Word of God, and then claims the blessings that comes as a result of those who "seek him with the whole heart" (Psalm 119:2).

Those who "walk in the law of the Lord" and "keep his testimonies" receive God's blessing. The instructions in God's Word enable us to be "undefiled in the way" and to "do no iniquity." Paul says that apart from the law he wouldn't know he was sinning (Romans 7:7).

The problem today is that many claim to be Christians and never actually read and study God's Word. They have their own ideas about God, and they aren't even aware that the god they are serving has no similarity to the God of the Bible.

At first it can seem very difficult to understand the Bible, but God reveals the Bible to us in direct proportion to our desire to know Him. And the way to know God is to read His Word...hello!

I have had hundreds of questions about the Bible in my lifetime, and I have discovered that God will answer every one of them if the most important thing in life is to find the answers. If so, He will open up His Word and reveal it to us little by little. At one point, I began to write down my questions. It was amazing. The answers came far more quickly than I had anticipated. The questions were not easy ones; they were the extremely difficult ones that everyone asks when they are students of the scriptures. Of course I will never run out of new questions. One leads to another. That's how we learn.

The most important thing is to actually start reading it - regularly. It's essential to set aside a specific time each day, even if you devote only 15 minutes at first. Trust me, God will open it up to you if you will make it a priority. I recommend reading the entire Bible every year. Just do a search on the Internet and you will find what to read each day. We can never succeed unless we start.

I promise that if you will do that one thing without fail your life will be transformed. God will speak to you through His own Word and you will find it becoming indispensable to your life. He will begin to reveal Himself to you.

If you persist in this and you begin to know God, He will become your best friend.

Rapture: Not A New Idea In Scripture

"Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the LORD in the air; and so shall we ever be with the LORD."

1 Thessalonians 4:17

First, let's dispense with the erroneous idea that the concept of "rapture" is nowhere found in Scripture. This is a charge frequently made by people who know little or nothing of the Bible. They almost always pick up this argument from someone on TV, a book, etc. They are seekers just by engaging in a conversation about it, though, and Christians should welcome this interest and never belittle any one's comments or questions. None of us knows it all, either.

"Harpazo" is the Greek word which the New Testament translators have often rendered as "caught up." The Greek Lexicon gives three definitions: 1) to seize, carry off by force 2) to seize on, eagerly claim for oneself 3) to snatch out, or away. The word is used 13 times in the New Testament (KJV).

There appear to be seven (7) specific harpazo's (raptures) in the Bible. They are:
- Enoch (Genesis 5:24, Hebrews 11:25)
- Elijah (2 Kings 2:1,11)
- Philip (Acts 8:39)*
- Paul (2 Cor 12:2-4)*
- John (Rev. 4:1)
- Jesus (Mark 16:19, Acts 1:9-11, Rev. 12:5)*
- the Church (1 Thess. 4:17)*
* The actual term 'harpazo' is used

The privilege was give to Paul to reveal this particular mystery in Ephesians 3:3-6. You might not therefore expect to see it in the Old Testament. However, there are a couple of provocative passages which may hint at it. Compare Isaiah 26:19-21 to John 14:1-3 (who are to enter which chambers - and how long are they to be hidden?). There might be allusions to it in Zephaniah 2:3 and Psalm 27:5.

Enoch is particularly enlightening since some of his writings have been preserved. They were considered to be sacred texts in the early church, and are quoted several times in the Bible. His own writings (which were written to the saints in the end times) seem to have references to a harpazo in the end times. Interesting, too, is that according to Jewish rabbinical tradition Enoch was 'caught up' on his birthday, Hag Shavout - the day of Pentecost - which is also the birthday of the Church. That is a tantalizing bit of information. Is it a clue?

The Bible is full of many 'other-dimensional' incidents where people appear and disappear, as did Christ himself; or where impossible occurrences occur, such as the stone being rolled away at Christ's tomb, the prison doors being opened for Paul, Daniel in the lion's den, the shepherds seeing and hearing angels, and many others.

All of these concepts may seem wild to us because we 'see through a glass darkly' because our dimensional comprehension is limited to four dimensions. All of these incidents are really God's method of doing what He wants done, and He has many more dimensions with which to work.

Isn't it interesting that we find these things so hard to accept, and yet we watch the deceptive accounts on TV of spirits, orbs, things moving, psychic children, etc., and we have no trouble at all believing these works of the Satanic forces. Think about it. It's all about faith - and, in whom?

All of these things are child's play for the Creator of the cosmos. Is your God too small?!

Science: Life Possible Only On Planet Earth?

SYDNEY: The laws of physics in our own part of the universe are geared towards life - but in the rest of the universe things might be very different, forcing a rethink of the way we understand fundamental physical forces, according to Australian and U.K. research.The research, presented at the Joint European and National Astronomy Meeting (JENAM 2010) in Lisbon, Portugal, examines the fine structure constant, a measure of the electromagnetic force that binds electrons to their nuclei in atoms.

Classical physics assumes that this constant, called alpha, is just that - constant. But research led by John Webb from the University of New South Wales in Sydney has suggested that this constant varies slightly over time.

Different direction, different constant

Webb and colleagues present surprising and controversial new research in Physical Review Letters, showing that the fine structure constant varies even more depending on which direction of space you look into.

The team used the Very Large Telescope (VLT) in Chile and the twin Keck telescopes in Hawaii to look at the way light from around 300 galaxies roughly 12 billion light years away is absorbed by atoms in interstellar gas clouds between us and the distant galaxies.

The telescopes are in different hemispheres, and so point in opposite directions into space.

Large variations could be possible

Combining the results showed significant changes in the so-called constant, which has profound implications for the laws of physics.

"Looking to the north with Keck we see, on average, a smaller alpha in distant galaxies, but when looking south with the VLT we see a larger alpha," explains co-author Julian King, also from the University of New South Wales.

"It varies by only a tiny amount - about one part in 100,000 - over most of the observable universe, but it's possible that much larger variations could occur beyond our observable horizon."

Not geared towards life elsewhere

Webb believes that there is an axis along which the fine structure constant varies and that while the laws of physics and chemistry are geared towards life in our own part of the universe, elsewhere it could be a very different story.

"The implications for our current understanding of science are profound," says Webb.

"If the laws of physics turn out to be merely 'local by-laws,' it might be that whilst our observable part of the universe favours the existence of life and human beings, other far more distant regions may exist where different laws preclude the formation of life, at least as we know it."

The devil is in the detail

Astrophysicist Scott Croom from the University of Sydney, who was not involved with the research, says while the research is "world class," he remains to be convinced.

"This is a grand claim and you need exceptional evidence to back up exceptional claims," he says.

Some of the current quantum mechanical physics models do predict a variable fine structure constant, but with this sort of research "the devil is in the detail," he says. [Indeed!]

"This group has a good record in picking out systematic errors. That said, the first look at this sort of dipole effect does ring alarm bells. Do I believe it? On balance, no - most unusual things like this end up being due to unknown systematic errors."

However, he said if confirmed by other research it would be "a fantastic thing."

How Long Does It Take To Think Like A Man?

If you're a woman ... one lifetime is not enough.

Once upon a time I had a fiery temper. And a mouth. And lacked patience.

When we were married almost 30 years ago I think my husband was secretly afraid of me. He was very careful. But, even so, he was not able to avoid irritating me often. And the wrath of Carole would be dispensed. (This is a major reason men hide out in the bathroom.)

Frankly, as I look back I don't see how he survived it.

Now, 30 years later, the mouth and the temper are dispensed extremely rarely, and when they are, I consider it almost the equivalent of Christ in the temple with the whip -- righteous indignation ... normally not directed at David.

And I have great patience, which can be had only by living a long time and passing various, sundry and numerous tests along the way.

There was another factor that contributed to my increasingly docile personhood. Loss of energy. The price I began to pay for 'setting him right' became considerably higher than the price he paid. That should not be, especially since he was the one who was wrong.

I have learned to anticipate everything he will do in a given situation (and ward it off).

I know that when he walks the dog two blocks he will be home three hours later, due to the number of people he will meet and find it necessary to converse with. Please never tell me that women are the talkers.

I know that when he says he needs to go to the hardware store to buy a bolt, he will come back four hours later with the wrong bolt, plus three more items of interest.

I know that when he sets aside a day to work on my list of things, he may finish one thing on my list, but will complete five 'chores' that he wanted done.

I know that if he is going to be doing a dirty task, he will not remove his best shirt and suit pants unless I catch him first. (I've never in my life seen one person with anywhere near his ability to completely cover himself with grime.)

I know that he has learned how to do many things over the years. I also know that for every one thing he fixes, he breaks two others. He is the epitome of the perfect bull in a china shop.

Now I did get a little irritated yesterday, though. Why? I know that he has an extremely soft heart and has brought home cats, dogs, rabbits, chickens, snakes, hamsters and all manner of other livestock over the years and tried to convince me that 'we' should keep them.

So, why does it seem as though I am on the low end of this list when it comes to being babied and comforted? I had a coughing spell the other evening and was gasping for air so desperately that I ran out on the front porch to get my breath. He followed me out, and after asking if I wanted him to call 911 (no) he went inside and closed the door! That added irritation made the cough life threatening... well. After a few minutes I was able to go back inside. What was he doing? Watching TV. I almost started up again - just for effect. But I didn't have the energy.

I can't even indulge in self-pity any more. I get bored with it after 3-4 minutes. I do have one weapon, however: they say the pen is mightier than the sword. I write.

So, if I'm ever in critical condition - or die - and you want to notify him, you know where he'll be.

After all these years I can predict what the man will do in any situation. But, to understand it? To think like him? Not in this lifetime.

The first 30 years are definitely the hardest.

Global Financial Collapse

Many economists believe the entire global financial system will collapse in the next few months. Some have been saying this for two or three years.

If you keep up with such things, you will recognize Chairman of the Federal Reserve Ben Bernanke's use of the term "Quantitative Easing." This term means nothing more than the printing of 'money.' Bernanke recently warned that the outlook is uncertain and that the economy "remains vulnerable to unexpected developments." These unexpected developments to which he referred is the collapse of the global banks. These were code words of warning to those in the know. The global bankers and the elites are terrified of what may be inevitable.

Some economists believed Bernanke's story that QE (quantitative easing) would place banks in a position to lend money to businesses, which would jump start the economy. We all know this did not happen. There is no lending going on. Why not?

Because the idea that the banks are flush with cash is only an illusion. Due to a devious scheme by the FED designed to hide the junk assets being held on the balance sheets of the banks, this kept a run on the banks at bay. In actuality, the cash was paid back to the FED as reserves, and the FED bought the toxic assets through creative accounting entries going in one door and out the other. The entire thing consisted of meaningless transactions designed to hide the fact the the banks are actually insolvent.

There is no solution but to continue the charade and attempt to embark on QE2, an attempt to hide all of this from the public and continue creating money out of thin air through the use of creative accounting entries - in one door and out the other - which is nothing but continuous in-and-out computer entries. This is nothing but a scam to avoid a run on too-big-to-fail banks.

When the game falls of its own weight they will try to stave off bank runs by not allowing cash withdrawals beyond a certain limit per day, possibly restricting gold and silver transactions, and similar restrictions. Some banks have already imposed unusual limits without actually announcing it. You find out only when you try to make certain transactions. The secrecy cannot be maintained.

Individuals should rearrange their bank accounts and investments accordingly, and ahead of time. Now. It would be a good idea to have some gold and silver and cash 'in hand' to enable you to get ahead of the game as much as is possible.

When the game stops, that would be an excellent time for a new global financial system and a global currency to be announced.

Who Am I?

The other day I heard someone ask this old hippie, pseudo-psycho-intellectual question from the 1960s or 1970s, and I smiled to myself in remembrance.

I don't understand the question any more today than I did back then.

I have always known exactly who I am. Not for a single instant have I ever had a single doubt about my identity.

I have always been Carole ... daughter of James and Viola Massey ... sister of Jerry Massey ... part-owner of "Twinkle," the dog ... errant child of God ... sinner saved by the merciful grace of God. Over the years I have added ... wife ... mother ... stepmother ... grandmother ... friend of ... accountant ... activist ... speaker ... musician .... etc., etc. These have all been added to the same "ME."

I am intimately familiar with my assets and liabilities. I know exactly who I am, and I comprehend those characteristics that might cause some negative reactions in some people. That's their problem.

Not only do I know who I am, but I know why I'm here on earth. I was put here to fulfill certain purposes which God intended for me personally. If these purposes are carried out properly they will glorify God. Earth life is a school. God intends us to learn certain things, and to mature, so that we will be prepared for the next phase of eternity.

It's a wonderful thing to know who you are - to be comfortable in your own skin. I am brutally honest with myself, and I search for the truths about my own behavior and actions as avidly as I search for truth in general. I am a lover of truth, and always have been. It's part of "who I am."

While I prefer that people like me, it will never be at the expense of any compromising of "who I am." My husband once told me, "One thing I'll say about you. You are exactly who you portray yourself as." Yes. What would be the point in doing otherwise? People would soon find out, and then there would be trouble. I prefer to avoid all that.

I'm always the same. I'm not moody. I'm not different around different people. I see the President of the world and the guy who cleans the sewer as equally important in the eyes of God, and therefore equally important in my eyes. In fact, chances are good I like the sewer guy better ... because he knows who he is.

That's the way it is. Take it or leave it.

Meet Mormonism

Every individual on earth has the right to choose a faith, a religion or no religion at all. God Himself has given mankind this choice. So, I have no problem whatever with that. I do, however, have a problem when people belong to a cult - and try to pass it off as Christianity.

Mormonism is about as far removed from God's Word and the teachings of Jesus Christ as a religion can be.

I also have a problem with a religion which is so ashamed of its beliefs that it has a long history of hiding them from 'outsiders' ... and finds it necessary to trick itself out with all of the Christian terminology, but has very different meanings on the "inside." That is Mormonism (among others).

Many religions are very frank about what they believe. Buddhism, Taoism, Hinduism and others have no problem whatever being truthful about their tenets.

So why would certain cults and sects find secrecy necessary, you ask? Because they are special tools of Satan. They pose as Christianity, but in truth they are counterfeits, that particular specialty of the devil himself - always trying to copy everything God has created. They include such shams as Roman Catholicism, Mormonism, New Age Religion, Jehovah's Witness, etc.

Interestingly enough, every one of them has its roots in paganism and its agenda in league with Freemasonry, which will usher in the Antichrist religion.

They each have one other despicable practice. They deceive and lie - not just to outsiders - but to their own practitioners.

I could write a book on all that Mormonism is, but there is ample information for anyone who wants the truth.

Here are just a few highlights:

* Jesus is the brother of Lucifer.

* God was born and raised on another planet and has a harem of wives. They produce spirit babies, who are sent to earth where they gain bodies and then earn sainthood.

* Jesus was elected as savior by a council of gods from other planets.

* America's founding fathers were spirit babies sent to earth to create a sacred constitution.

* Israel is not the promised land. America is. The holy city is Independence, Missouri - not Jerusalem. Jesus will return to Missouri, not Jerusalem.

* The U.S. Constitution is sacred (as in religion). It will be threatened in the last days, but will be rescued and saved by the Mormons. We must reclaim America to save the sacred Constitution and usher in a golden age of rule by Mormons. It will be a Mormon kingdom on earth (similar to modern-day Dominionists within Christianity). It is also similar to the New Age Luciferian teaching. It will be a form of socialist or fascist government.

* Salvation is only available through works. They do not believe in the atoning work of Christ, although they love to use the word 'atonement,' which has an entirely different meaning.

* They do not use the Bible; they use their own book, The Book of Mormon.

This is only the barest of beginnings of what Mormons believe. It gets worse. Some Christians say Glenn Beck is a 'saved Mormon.' Any person who comes out of a false religion and accepts Jesus Christ as personal Lord and Savior must reject the false religion ... and if truly saved, would want to reject it. This, Beck has not done. Instead, he is reinforcing the lies and deception that Mormonism has always practiced, claiming the 'cover' of Christianity.

All of this is as great a deception as any I have run across. We are now about to see the spiritual warfare split the organized Christian church ... or as I prefer to see it, to separate the sheep from the goats within the church. Due to the almost universal spiritual ignorance and lack of discernment in the church, the majority will take the broad gate along with the others who are coalescing into the Antichrist religion. The minority will defend God's Word at any cost, and take the narrow gate to eternal life with Christ.

This will be the spiritual war to end all wars, the final test for the true friend and follower of Christ. It will be fierce and hateful - a rough ride. It will finish off the organized church. Once all the true believers, who refuse to deny the truth of the Word of God, are identified, ostracized and persecuted ... then they will plan to kill us, unless our Redeemer sees fit to intervene.

It will be absolutely imperative that you know what the Bible teaches - from beginning to end. If you don't, make sure you grab onto the coattails of someone who does ... AND HANG ON.

"Behold, I send you forth as sheep in the midst of wolves: be ye therefore wise as serpents, and harmless as doves." Matthew 10:16. "And fear not them that kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell." (V. 28).

What a complete and total honor to live in this time in all of history.

"Fear ye not, therefore, ye are of more value than many sparrows." Matthew 10:31.

Most of The Church is so Pitifully Weak that a Mormon Can Now Lead God's People

My heart is very heavy as I write this. I attended two events led by Glenn Beck. Friday night, I was at the Kennedy Center for a Glenn Beck special. He had a gospel choir singing with a mixed group of speakers. Beck was freely talking about the "LORD." There were speakers from other religions. He was talking about the need for a spiritual revival, who can argue about that!? The problem is that Beck is a Mormon, with a different Jesus.

There were several prayers offered at this event and NONE were made in the name of Jesus. I was deeply grieved after I left.

On Saturday, I attended the huge rally. If it was just political, I could accept Beck as a leader; however, it went way beyond that. I am not questioning anything about Beck's character or motives. What I am deeply grieved about is that this was not led by the real church of the Lord Jesus Christ. Is America in such desperate spiritual condition that masses of Christians will follow a Mormon for spiritual revival?

Many times on this blog I have written about the pastors and church leaders "hiding in the tall grass." I DO NOT LIKE TO SAY THIS!! It grieves me saying things like that, but it is the truth. The sheep in America are desperate and fearful of what is coming, so they look to a Mormon for leadership. A Mormon leading a meeting like this for America turning back to God, should have God-fearing pastors in America on their knees crying out to God for mercy.

I am grieved, not so much with Glenn Beck, but that the church is so pitifully weak that a Mormon can now lead God's people, and they do not see the spiritual danger. Once again, if this rally would have been political, then I would have no real problem with Glenn Beck. Many of you have contacted me about getting on his show and speaking about my book, As America Has Done to Israel. I would have no problem with this because I would not be under his spiritual authority or under Mormonism. Many of God's people are now desperate while the pastors are held up hiding in the tall grass.

I know Mormonism real well. There is a Mormon prophecy that America was going to be nearly destroyed with the Constitution hanging by a thread. A Mormon savior would arrive and lead the Mormon church to save America. I can see this coming into play real soon. Maybe the revival Beck is talking about is a massive conversion to Mormonism! Glenn Beck does not preach Mormonism from his show that I can tell; however, it is lurking in the background. How does the LORD feel about Mormonism, which teaches the Lord Jesus Christ, the ONLY begotten Son of God, is Satan's brother? Mormonism is full of doctrines like this.

The church is now so weak and without discernment that maybe the shallow Christians would turn to Mormonism while many pastors and church leaders are safe in the tall grass. I hope this never happens.

The danger is now all around us and closing fast. This includes: the Hard Left, Muslims, Mormon national leadership, militant homosexuals, totally collapsing economy, huge war in the Middle East, and the pastors hiding in the tall grass.

I hope that this writing comes across to you in the right way. The pastors have authority from God, and they WILL have to answer to Him. I respect that authority, but as I watch the country melt away and God's people desperate for leadership. It deeply grieves my heart to the point of tears.

Glenn Beck and Jim Wallis Are Both Pushing

Social Justice and an Earthly Kingdom

Am I on the only one that watched Glenn Beck's 8-28 rally with red flags going up non-stop? The mixture of Glenn's Mormon theology wrapped in Christian terms, combined with some of the Christian speakers made me very uncomfortable. The patriotic ecumenicalism was very unbiblical.

The dominion theology of some Christians, combined with the "Kingdom of God" theology of Mormonism, combined with all faiths uniting and wrapped in the flag reveals that a one-world religion and a one-world leader will be easily accepted even by people calling themselves Christians.

I believe the 8-27 and 8-28 rallies have greatly furthered the acceptance of ecumenicalism by even those who call themselves evangelicals. The pastors and Christian leaders (including women pastors) standing behind Glenn Beck at the end of the rally with their arms locked together looked silly and not at all like Christian statesmen. I truly believe they sold out. I do not think even one of them realizes how they compromised the true Gospel of Jesus Christ and have damaged their testimony and added massively to the acceptance of pluralism and ecumenicalism.

Whether they know it or not; those Christians that took part in these two rallies have endorsed an overwhelmingly humanistic message that was wrapped in patriotic and Christians terms. While a few speakers tried to give a true Biblical message; I believe it was so diluted in a soup of unbiblical messages that their presence only gave credibility in the minds of non-believers and non-discerning Christians that the "God talk" was all good.

Unless Biblical repentance, the exclusivity of the Jesus Christ of the Bible (not the cults) and the death, burial, and resurrection of Christ was proclaimed, the entire message was one of "we must save ourselves" and as Beck said "man can make a difference". The Bible says even my righteous deeds look like wickedness to God. It makes no difference that many of the speakers used the name of God over and over because for most of them it was not the God of the Bible but a god of their own making just as if they had crafted an idol with wood or wax.

Glenn Beck, on his TV program on August 27, 2010, affirmed that he is a Mormon. Thus his god was a man like you and I that evolved and Mormons believe they can be as god.

Glenn slipped what many experts believe is fraudulent archeology into his program. Glenn was not forthright with his audience as to why the highly suspect Bat Creek Stone is important to Mormon theology and history.

These next few statements will be shocking to some and many will not have the Biblical knowledge and discernment to accept the truth of what I am about to present. Social justice is a man-centered attempt to create heaven on earth.

Reverend Jim Wallis is pushing a liberal, leftist, man- centered, Godless, good works, social justice and Beck is pushing a conservative, right-wing, Godless, man-centered, good works, social justice. Both Wallis and Beck want a revolution in America and they both are basing their revolution on humanistic thinking. One is coming from the left and one is coming from the right.

Both Wallis and Beck are both pushing for an earthly kingdom based on humanism and paganism mixed with their individual versions of social justice. I believe that Wallis and Beck both reject the God of the Bible and the salvation that is only found through the Jesus Christ of the Bible. In the end Beck and Wallis are on the same team as Jesus Christ Himself declared in John 8:42-47:
"If God were your Father, you would love Me, for I proceeded forth and came from God." In verse 44 He continues, "You are of your father the devil, and the desires of your father you want to do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and does not stand in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaks a lie, he speaks from his own resources, for he is a liar and the father of it." Then in verse 47: "He who is of God hears God's words; therefore you do not hear, because you are not of God."

Listen up members of the true Bride of Christ, the perilous times warned about in II Timothy 3:1-5 are here and many within our own families and churches are being deceived. Verse 5 says "having a form of godliness but denying its power, and from such persons turn away."
Man serves either God or Satan, and thus every issue at its very foundation is theological and spiritual.

I began the week on my radio program and in my columns stating that I could join Glenn Beck on non-spiritual issues but not theological ones. I believe I must now change my position based on all the research I have done this week on Mormonism and based on Glenn's own words from the past few months. To me it is clear that Glenn is not even attempting to separate his defense of the U.S. Constitution from his radical and pagan religious beliefs.

I believe that Glenn Beck's spirituality, theology, and doctrine cannot be separated from his public policy. I truly believe Glenn Beck, through his Mormonism, is seeking to build a "kingdom" that Biblically committed Christians must take no part in helping him build.

Many years ago LDS President John Taylor boasted of this goal of building a Mormon Kingdom on earth:
Let us now notice our political positions in the world. What are we going to do? We are going to possess the earth�and reign over it for ever and ever. Now, ye Kings and Emperors help yourselves if you can. This is the truth and it may as well be told at this time as at any other. There's a good time coming, Saints, a good time coming.[1]

Former Mormon Ed Decker reveals that this Mormon "Kingdom of God" is really based on a socialistic theocracy:
Joseph Smith implemented a program called the United Order in the church�It was a plan of sharing�everything in common, all properties and wealth turned over and owned by the church and dispersed by the Brethren to the people on an as needed basis with a requirement for good stewardship or loss of use. It was later determined that it could only work when both the secular and ecclesiastic functions operated under one authority�An LDS prophet ruling over a theocratic government where eternal commandments like the United Order�would function within the "Kingdom of God."[2]

The Mormon view of the U.S. Constitution is that it is god-breathed by the Mormon god and that America's Founding Fathers were specially chosen spirit babies sent by the Mormon god to grow up and write the U.S. Constitution and found "America, the land of liberty�to be the Lord's latter-day base of operations for His restored [Mormon] church."[3] How can committed Christians even now join Glenn Beck in a common goal around defending the U.S. Constitution when we know what his religion teaches lest we be partakers in the works of darkness?

Defend the U.S. Constitution and original intent but not in a shared endeavor with Beck unless you embrace the ultimate goals and objectives of his Mormon religion. God's church is not so weak that we have to partner with the theocratic agenda of a cult in order to accomplish God's will-if indeed it is even God's will that we reclaim America. Based on Biblical descriptions, I believe God is even now beginning to judge America because of our national rebellion that includes pastors compromising on the supremacy of Scripture for political and social gain.

The pastors that were at Beck's rally today would have been far better off if they were back at home studying their Bibles and preparing a Sunday sermon that called for the members of their congregations to reject the pagan spirituality and pluralism they endorsed today by standing behind Glenn Beck. A June 26, 2008 article in the Denver Post revealed that pagan spirituality is doubling in America every eighteen months. That number is sure to increase as "evangelical" leaders give it credibility as they did today.

Please pray for Glenn Beck's Biblical salvation. However, unless, and until that happens, I now believe that I must warn you that Glenn Beck is a false teacher that is teaching another Jesus, another god and another gospel. The headlines will read that Glenn is calling America back to God but it is NOT the God of the Bible since Glenn admits to being a Mormon.

I have warned you about Jim Wallis, Oprah Winfrey and many other such false teachers; shall I not warn you of Glenn Beck simply because he can draw a crowd of 500,000 on the mall of our nation's capitol.

Many of you are losing friends over your Biblical stance for Truth. Some of your own family members are opposed to your defense of Biblical truth. Jesus Himself said it would be this way in Matthew 10:34-26 when he said, "Do not think that I came to bring peace on earth. I did not come to bring peace but a sword. For I have come to set a man against his father, a daughter against her mother, and a daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law; and a man's enemies will be those of his own household."

I close with a quote I gave you earlier in the week from the late Dr. Vance Havner:

"The devil is not fighting religion; he is too smart for that. He is producing a counterfeit Christianity so much like the real one that good Christians are afraid to speak out against it."
