Founding Fathers Were Antichrists

BAD NEWS FOR BECK AND BARTON..... THE FOUNDING FATHERS WERE ANTICHRISTS –
says Right Wing Watch.
By Chris J. Pinto

The anti-Republican website, Right Wing Watch, recently featured an article on our newest film, “The Hidden Faith of the Founding Fathers” with the headline: “Bad News for Beck and Barton: the Founding Fathers Were Antichrists.”

The headline was based on the powerful information contained in the documentary, which reveals what the chief founders of the American Revolution actually believed about the Christian faith.  To read the full article from Right Wing Watch, click here.

The Bible tells us that we are saved by God’s grace through faith, not of works lest any man should boast.  As such, our documentary is not a diatribe into the works or deeds of the founders, as if to accuse them of some immoral acts. Instead, it is an examination of their FAITH.  But what was their faith?  What did these men actually believe about God, the Bible, and Jesus Christ? Incredibly, men like Jefferson, Adams and others wrote extensively about Christian doctrine and the teachings of Scripture.  But what most Bible believers are unaware of is that these men were radically anti-Christ.  Unfortunately, many professing Christians seem to be abandoning the Gospel in favor of “conservative values” which allow for “all faiths” to be included that are willing to take a stand against abortion, gay marriage, and the general wave of liberalism in the country today.
We have come to believe that this is a snare prepared by the devil to diminish the power of preaching the cross of Christ, and render ineffective the Church in our country.

Sadly, the devil’s tactic seems to be working, and the key instrument of the deception is the Founding Fathers of the American Revolution.  Conservatives present these men as “angels of light” who are exalted more highly than any apostles, quoting their great swelling words as if they were equal to the record of Scripture.  What is devastating and diabolical, is that the glow of “faith” said to emanate from these oracles is quite the opposite of what is presented in many churches.  In short, their own letters prove that many of the founders hated Biblical Christianity and wanted to see the Gospel destroyed.  The letters in question are beyond dispute and can be found among many collections of the Founders writings, and in the Library of Congress.  They were not merely deists or agnostics or humanists (which we have come to believe are very deceptive terms) but were antichrists according to the Word of the Living God.

We have further come to believe that Christians who prefer to define these men in worldly terms (calling them “deists” or theistic rationalists” etc.,) do no service to the Church or to the unbelieving world, since political correctness in matters of spiritual importance tends to lull the hearers into a place of uncertainty; whereas the holy scriptures give no uncertain sound as to how those who reject Christ are to be regarded.

“Who is a liar but he that denies that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist, that denies the Father and the Son.”
(1 John 2:22)

The importance of this is seen in the reaction of those (even among believers) who become especially troubled at hearing that the Founders were “antichrists.”  The initial thought is that such a term is too extreme.  “Well, I wouldn’t necessarily say that they were anti-Christ,” is a common reply.  “They just held to certain humanist ideas, and did not believe in the divinity of Christ.”  Yes, but that is the spirit of antichrist.  The name “Christ” is not merely the last name of the man Jesus, as if we might call him Jesus Jones or Jesus Johnson.  The name “Christ” embodies the whole doctrine of who the promised Messiah is, according to the scriptures set forth by Moses and the prophets, with the witness of the apostles.  This is why John in his second epistle to the Church tells us that one is “a deceiver and an antichrist” who “abides not in the doctrine of Christ.” (2 John 7, 9)

Furthermore, we also consider how Jesus said:
“And if any man hear my words, and believe not, I judge him not … He that rejecteth me, and receiveth not my words, hath one that judgeth him: the word that I have spoken, the same shall judge him in the last day.” (John 12:47-48)

When the Lord returns, He comes with a two-edged sword from His mouth, by which He smites the nations (Revelation 19:15).  That sword from His mouth is the Sword of the Spirit, the Word of God (Ephesians 6:17).  In other words, when the Lord returns, He will judge the nations according to His Word – not according to secular terminology.  Not according to the wisdom of man, or of the rulers of this age which comes to nothing (1 Corinthians 2:6).  That is the wisdom of the Founding Fathers – it will ultimately come to nothing.  One might just as soon invest in Enron stock as in the philosophies of Jefferson, Adams, Franklin and Washington.  You will find prosperity for a while, but in the end you will be bankrupt, and only once it’s too late, realize that you have been lied to.  This is the place our country is reaching even today, as the wicked leaven of “universalism” sown by the Founders through the U.S. Constitution seems to produce more tares than wheat in the fields of the American harvest.

It is our responsibility as believers to obey the Lord, to declare the wisdom of God, and teach men to observe all things that Jesus has commanded (Matthew 28:20), that through the words of God, men might know the truth.

“For the priest's lips should keep knowledge, and they should seek the law at his mouth: for he is the messenger of the LORD of hosts.” (Malachi 2:7)

If we accept that all who believe Christ are counted as “priests” under the New Covenant (1 Peter 2:9), then it is our responsibility to communicate the words that God has given us; to set forth the wisdom of God, not of man.

“… we speak, not in the words which man’s wisdom teacheth, but which the Holy Ghost teacheth …” (1 Corinthians 2:13)

Our pastors tell us, “Well, the Founders spoke of God as Divine Providence, and they believed that God was active in the affairs of men.  They were just influenced by the Enlightenment, and could not see Jesus as the Divine Son.”  This is often offered as an apologetic to excuse their unbelief, and gives Christians (not to mention unbelievers) the false hope that perhaps these men went to heaven in spite of their rejection of the Gospel. Again, such ambiguity is unknown in the New Testament:

“Know ye not that the unrighteous will not inherit the Kingdom of God? Be not deceived …” (1 Cor. 6:9)

“… when the Lord Jesus shall be revealed from heaven with his mighty angels, in flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ: who shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord, and from the glory of his power …” (2 Thessalonians 1:7-9)

For those who have not seen “The Hidden Faith of the Founding Fathers,” I will present here some of the quotes that we show in the film.  Here are some examples of things said by the key founders.  First, from Thomas Paine, the man who is said to have inspired the Declaration of Independence:

“Whenever we read the obscene stories, voluptuous debaucheries, the cruel and tortous executions, the unrelenting vindictivenes, with which more than half the Bible is filled, it would be more consistant that we called it the word of a Demon than the word of God. It is a history of wickedness that has served to corrupt and brutalize mankind, and, for my part, I sincerly detest it …” (Thomas Paine, The Age of Reason, part first, 1852 edition, p. 19)

Next, from Thomas Jefferson, author if the Declaration of Independence:

“… where did we get the ten commandments? The book indeed gives them to us verbatim, butwhere did it get them?  For itself tells us they were written by the finger of God on tables of stone, which were destroyed by Moses … But the whole history of these books is so defective and doubtful, that it seems vain to attempt minute inquiry into it … we have a right to entertain much doubt what parts of them are genuine …” (Jefferson, letter to John Adams, January 24, 1814)

Concerning the teachings of Jesus Christ, Jefferson wrote:

“Among the sayings and discourses imputed to Him by His biographers, I find many passages of fine imagination, correct morality, and of the most lovely benevolence; and others, again, of so much ignorance, so much absurdity, so much untruth, charlatanism and imposture … I separate, therefore, the gold from the dross … and leave the latter to the stupidity of some, and roguery of others of His disciples. Of this band of dupes and impostors, Paul was the … first corruptor of the doctrines of Jesus.” (Jefferson, letter to W. Short, April 13, 1820)

When Jefferson makes reference to separating “the gold from the dross,” he is referring to his so called Jefferson Bible, in which he literally cut out all references to the supernatural: the virgin birth, the miracles of Christ, His resurrection, etc.  Jefferson elsewhere called the Book of Revelation “the ravings of a maniac.”

Then we have this testimony from Benjamin Franklin, who had this to say just a short time before his death.  In fact, it is shown in this letter to Ezra Stiles (the President of Yale College at the time) that Franklin himself expected to die in the near future. Here is what he said:

“As to Jesus of Nazareth, my Opinion of whom you particularly desire, I think the System of Morals and his Religion as he left them to us, the best the World ever saw, or is likely to see; but I apprehend it has received various corrupting Changes, and I have with most of the present Dissenters in England, some Doubts as to his Divinity: tho' it is a Question I do not dogmatise upon, having never studied it, and think it needless to busy myself with it now, when I expect soon an Opportunity of knowing the Truth with less Trouble.” (Benjamin Franklin Letter, to Ezra Stiles, March 9, 1790)

Then we have this testimony from John Adams, who is probably most often seen as a Founder who believed in Christianity.  But as we show in “Hidden Faith,” Adams’ faith in Christianity was like the faith of the Pharisees in Abraham and Moses.  If they had really believed Abraham and Moses, they would have also believed Jesus.  Likewise, if Adams really believed in the “Christian principles” he is so often quoted for, he would never have written these words to Thomas Jefferson:

“The Europeans are all deeply tainted with prejudices, both ecclesiastical and temporal, which they can never get rid of. They are all infected with … creeds, and confessions of faith. They all believe that great Principle (God) which has produced this boundless universe … came down to this little ball (the earth), to be spit upon by Jews. And until this awful blasphemy is got rid of, there never will be any liberal science in the world.” (John Adams, Letter to Thomas Jefferson, January 22, 1825, emphasis added)

Finally, we come to George Washington, who was certainly the most moderate of the Revolutionaries, and who was careful not to offend the religious beliefs of anyone.  As a Freemason, Washington defined “God” with the traditional vaguery Masonry is known for, employing the name “Great Architect of the Universe” in his letters.

“I sincerely pray that the Great Architect of the Universe may bless you and receive you hereafter into his immortal Temple.” (George Washington, Letter to the Massachusetts Grand Lodge, December 27, 1792)

What is interesting is that David Barton, who defends the idea of Washington as a Christian, says in his own writings that the god of Masonry is not the God of the Bible. Barton writes that in Christianity:

“Only one God is worshipped – and that God is not the universalist deistic god that Masonry denotes as the ‘Great Architect of the Universe’ (G.A.O.T.U.)” (David Barton, The Question of Freemasonry and the Founding Fathers, p. 20)

Barton, while failing to acknowledge it, is inadvertently admitting that the “god” of George Washington was not at all the God of the Christian faith.

Perhaps the most convicting testimonies come from Washington’s own pastors who ministered to him for more than 20 years.

One of them (Bishop William White) said there was no evidence that Washington believed the Gospel; the other (Dr. Ashbel Green) said that Washington did not believe the Jewish-Christian revelation, while the opinion of the third, Dr. James Abercrombie was recorded by Dr. Bird Wilson this way:

“Long after Washington’s death, in reply to Dr.Wilson, who had interrogated him as to his illustrious auditor’s religious views, Dr. Abercrombie’s brief but emphatic answer was: ‘Sir, Washington was a Deist.’” (Six Historic Americans, by John E. Remsburg)

THE BECK & BARTON DECEPTION

We have been encouraged by a number of teachers who have told us that this film is very timely, because of all that is being stirred up by Glenn Beck and David Barton, who are rallying Conservative Christians in an effort to “stop Obama” and “take back America.”  To do this, however, they are using bogus history and outright deception to convince the population that the Founders were Christians who were trying to set up a Christian nation.

In truth, the Founders were the beginning of the problems we are facing in our country today.  Abortion, gay marriage, irresponsible government – these are all the fruits of the lies set forth by the Founders who denied the Gospel, and fought for their ideas of universal licentiousness masquerading as “liberty.”  They wanted the God of the Bible to be worshiped along side all of the demons of the world, and for each to be counted equally in America.  This is explained in detail in “Hidden Faith.”

[Glenn Beck's book was named after the famed pamphlet "Common Sense" by Thomas Paine, who desired witnesses to be with him to testify that he rejected Christianity with his dying breath.]

THE FOUNDERS & PROPHECY

I have truly and steadily come to believe that the Founding Fathers are the prophetic fulfillment of the false teachers prophesied by Jude and Peter.  These were not men of God, but were messengers of Satan, who ought to be confronted by any minister who loves the Lord in truth.  We have shown before how Jude warned of these men who would corrupt themselves with “what they know naturally, as brute beasts.”  But the apostle Peter also warned of how such men would deceive others, saying:

“While they promise them liberty, they themselves are the servants of corruption …” (2 Peter 2:19)

The above verse perfectly describes the Founding Fathers.  How could they serve anything but corruption apart from saving faith in Christ?  We know that all men are sinners (Romans 3:23), and we also consider how Jesus said, “Whosoever committeth sin is the servant of sin.” (John 8:34)

Also, notice how Peter used the word “liberty” in his description, and how this is the chief focus of the Revolutionary Founders, who came promising liberty to the world through their pagan philosophies, all the while, denouncing Christ who was the only Person through whom men can be free (John 8:36).  Peter went on to say of them:

“For when they speak great swelling words of vanity, they allure through the lusts of the flesh, through much
wantonness …” (2 Peter 2:18)

Why are the Founders so famous?  It is for their “great swelling words” about “liberty” and the allegedly “inalienable rights” of men to believe whatever they want to about God.

(Note: As we show in our film, the idea of religious liberty was a deception set forth by Rome and the Jesuits to give entrance to Catholicism in America in order to eventually overtake the country.  Toward the same end, this doctrine of “religious toleration” is being used by the Vatican today to unite the whole world.  As we document, this was Rome’s ambition dating back to 1688.)

Peter also described how they “allure through the lusts of the flesh.” How did the Founders inspire such lust through their ideas? They changed the focus of America from Christ (as it was under the Puritan/Pilgrims) to “the pursuit of happiness.”  As the apostle John tells us:

“For all that [is] in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world.” (1 John 2:16)

Rather than deny self and live for Christ, as the early settlers clearly taught; the Revolutionaries promoted the love of self, and the exaltation of the will of “We the people.”  This is the very reverse of God’s wisdom, as we see from Aaron’s declaration to Moses: “thou knowest the people, that they [are set] on mischief.” (Exodus 32:22)

Can any sincere Christian honestly say that the Founding Fathers have not inspired men to pursue “the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life” through their doctrines?

WHY THIS FILM?

One of the questions repeatedly asked concerning Hidden Faith is, “What do you want Christians to learn from this film?”  This is an important question, and one that we believe should be answered from the Scriptures.

I have many brothers who love the founding fathers, and embrace their ideas of “natural law” and “natural wisdom” because of its universal nature, and how it was promoted by the Revolutionaries.  This is what the Founders meant in the Declaration of Independence when they referred to “the laws of Nature and Nature’s God” – that is, the idea of “God” as understood by natural wisdom.  What many Christians do not understand (which we detail in the film) is that the term “Nature’s God” is intended to be a rejection of the supernatural or spiritual characteristics of the true God as defined in the Bible.

But in the scriptures, we are warned that “the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God; for they are foolishness unto him” (1 Cor. 2:14), and that the “carnal (natural) mind is enmity against God” (Romans 8:7).  Jude, far from commending natural wisdom, actually warns against those who teach in this manner, saying:

“… these speak evil of those things which they know not; but what they know naturally, as brute beasts, in those things they corrupt themselves.  Woe unto them!”(Jude 10-11)

Remember this the next time someone tries to seduce you through ideas of “natural law.”  The Founding Fathers were brought to spiritual ruin because their natural wisdom caused them to hate the wisdom of God.  Jude says, “Woe unto them!” not, “These are men we can learn from.”

For years, I have seen and heard the enraged response of Patriot Christians, who are so corrupted by the spirit of the Founding Fathers, that they are often led to hate and revile certain passages of the scripture that disagree with founding philosophies.  If you were to quote, “Let every soul be subject to the higher powers,” or “Turn the other cheek,” to these men, they will often explode with indignation.  Why?  Because, far from acknowledging that they are “dead” as Paul says (Colossians 3:3), their flesh is quite alive, kicking and screaming with the idea that “rebellion … is obedience to God!”  What the Church needs to understand in this time is that the spirit of so-called liberty working through men like Jefferson and Adams was, in fact, the spirit of antichrist.

For the sake of our own souls, and of those we love, we ought to consider Jude’s warning; that those who are corrupted by natural wisdom are as “wandering stars, to whom is reserved the blackness of darkness forever.” (Jude 13)

NOT OF THIS WORLD

Consider the following verses that compel us as Christians to be separate from the world.  Jesus and the apostles did not inspire an earthly revolution.  Paul said specifically, “the weapons of our warfare are not carnal …” (2 Cor. 10:4) Furthermore, we read:

“Jesus answered, My kingdom is not of this world: if my kingdom were of this world, then would my servants fight, that I should not be delivered to the Jews: but now is my kingdom not from hence.” (John 18:36)

“I have given them thy word; and the world hath hated them, because they are not of the world, even as I am not of the world.” (John 17:14)

“If the world hate you, ye know that it hated me before it hated you.  If ye were of the world, the world would love his own: but because ye are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hateth you.” (John 15:19)

“No man that warreth entangleth himself with the affairs of [this] life; that he may please him who hath chosen him to be a soldier.” (1 Timothy 2:4)

“For many walk, of whom I have told you often, and now tell you even weeping, that they are the enemies of the cross of Christ: whose end is destruction, whose God is their belly, and whose glory is in their shame, who mind earthly things. For our conversation is in heaven; from whence also we look for the Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ …” (Philippians 3:18-20)

“These all died in faith … and confessed that they were strangers and pilgrims on the earth.  For they that say such things declare plainly that they seek a country.  And truly, if they have been mindful of that country from which they came out, they might have had opportunity to return.  But now they desire a better country, that is, an heavenly; wherefore,God is not ashamed to be called their God; for he hath prepared for them a city.” (Hebrews 11:13-16)

“… he looked for a city which hath foundations, whose builder and maker is God.” (Hebrews 11:10)

“For here we have no continuing city, but we seek one to come.”  (Hebrews 13:14)

“If ye then be risen with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ sitteth on the right hand of God. Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth.  For ye are dead, and your life is hid with
Christ in God.  When Christ, who is our life, shall appear, then shall ye also appear with him in glory.” (Colossians 3:1-4)

May God, who knows all things, grant all who love the Lord Jesus Christ in sincerity and truth, wisdom and discernment in the times that are before us; and may we who love Him be as lights shining in the darkness of these days.

Beck's New Age Program

Glenn Beck and Oprah Winfrey Launch New Age Programming for 2011

By Brannon S. Howse

I tried to warn Americans in 2010 that I believe Glenn Beck is guilty of performing a bait and switch on millions of Americans. Beck went from being a TV and radio talk show host that discussed public policy, history, and current news to preaching the same Universalism and New Age theology that Oprah Winfrey has being been preaching for years. In fact, On Saturday, January 1, 2011, Oprah launched her New Age programming for the year with the Oprah Winfrey Network. Oprah drew more than 1 million viewers for its first night on the air.

Glenn Beck has clearly become the Oprah Winfrey of the right and many Christian authors and pastors are eager to appear on his radio and television program despite his heresy because, like Oprah, Beck has taken little known authors and made them a lot of money by promoting their books.

Many Christians continue to defend Beck despite the fact he is becoming more and more blatant in his New Age preaching. I expect Beck will continue to gather around him a huge audience that is looking for a spiritual experience that tickles the ears.

On his TV program on January 4, 2011 Glenn unveiled what he calls the "E4 Experiences" that he will be promoting for 2011. Part of the theme he will be promoting is nothing short of New Age heresy and blasphemy. Beck proclaimed:

Over the next 12 months, all Mercury divisions, radio, television, books, digital and stage will focus on what I call The E4 Solution. The four Es consist of: Enlightenment, Education, Empowerment and Entrepreneurship. We will challenge ourselves and those who choose to chart this course with us, to find what we as individuals really believe, challenge what we think we know and dig deep to find out what we are each capable of.

The "E4 Experiences" include Enlightenment, Education, Empowerment and Entrepreneurship. The two that are the most disturbing were described by Beck on a giant poster that included the following wording. Enlightenment: God – "I AM That I Am" Miracles, faith and Divine Providence. Empowerment: Yes I AM! Yes I Can!

On the January 4 program Beck preached:

I choose to ReFound this amazing nation by rediscovering within myself, and my own circle of influence, the principles and ethics that defined American exceptionalism.

So Glenn thinks the answers for America's spiritual, moral, political, economic, and cultural problems can be found by "rediscovering within myself" some kind of New Age enlightenment or that man is really the "I AM"?

I AM is a title that is to be reserved for God Himself. In Exodus 3:13 God told Moses that when the people of Israel ask for My name tell them, "I AM WHO I AM." And He said, "Thus you shall say to the children of Israel, 'I AM has sent me to you.'" In John 8:58 we read, "Jesus said to them, 'Most assuredly, I say to you, before Abraham was, I AM.'"

Oprah has promoted the "I AM" theme when she pushed the book The Secret that teaches the law of attraction.

In Luke 21:7-8, Jesus foretold that when people say they are god by using the title "I AM" it is a sign that we are living in the end times. We are also told to run away from the people saying "I AM". Many of our nation's pastor's and Christian leaders did not run from Glenn Beck but ran to join him in a spiritual service and enterprise.

It is going to be an interesting 2011 and we will be watching and writing on the religious trends that will continue to reveal that a one world religion based on pagan spirituality is being accepted on both the right and the left.

Beck - A Great Danger to Christians

First, I want to say that I like Glenn Beck. I watch his television show regularly. It is with sadness that I take a stance against him, as I have openly done since his "Divine" event in Washington, D.C. But he is a very important CHANGE AGENT for the Illuminists, and specifically in the area of religion and the spiritual life.

Let me assure you that in today's world no one appears on the set of the world drama without the express consent, if not the instigation, of those who rule the world. That is Satan - and his minions, who carry out his purpose.

Beck's is a very clever deception. He says much with which we would all agree in the area of politics. The deception lies in his venture into the world of worship. Most people are led by the hand from politics into religion by Beck, with no specific knowledge of what is happening. It is a brilliant deception. For instance, his recent diatribe against George Soros (who I would not defend in any way) is a cleverly disguised attack on the Jews ... and their God, and our God. This is the ultimate goal of Satan, to attack the Jews and their God.

Glenn Beck and George Soros are both controlled by the puppet masters. You can take that to the bank (and it will be worth far more than the beleagured dollar). In the end, I believe we will discover that his politics, too, are a part of the NWO plan.

Beware the Beck.

Brannon Howse, on Glenn Beck

As readers here know, I detected a big problem with Glenn Beck's "Divine" event because of its spiritual implications for Christians. Brannon Howse of www.worldviewweekend.com jumped on this same problem immediately. In a personal letter to the readers of his website, he followed up on his previous position. I have excerpted that portion of his letter here:

"On his national radio program a few weeks ago Glenn Beck referenced a CNN article in which CNN took a portion of one of my articles from our website in which I explained from the Scriptures why Christians cannot unite with Mormon Glenn Beck on his self-described spiritual event that took place on 8-27 and 8-28. Glenn declared on his radio program that "looking to one God is the theme" of the 8/28 event. Glenn referred to the CNN article and said "so now the religious bigotry is there too." Since I am quoted in the article explaining why we cannot unite with Mr. Beck spiritually, I assume he means me when he says "religious bigotry." Here is what CNN reported:

Brannon Howse, a conservative writer and founder of Worldview Weekend, which organizes Christian conferences, criticized evangelical participation in that event in a column this week. "The Apostle Paul warns Christians against uniting with unbelievers in spiritual endeavors..." Howse wrote. "While I applaud and agree with many of Glenn Beck's conservative and constitutional views, that does not give me or any other Bible-believing Christian justification to compromise Biblical truth by spiritually joining Beck."

I have received numerous e-mails from former Mormons who understand the seriousness of this issue and have thanked us for our strong proclamation of Biblical truth. Here is one such e-mail:

I was a tenured professor at Brigham Young University from 1999-2008, a dug-in Mormon for 30 years. Christ drew me and I went face down in surrender to the Biblical Christ, now a strong Christian. As former Mormon leaders, my husband and I have been speaking to Christians about Glenn Beck for some time and are shocked at the resistance we hear from Christians who don't seem to understand the gravity of this false and slippery "christ" of Mormonism.

I am also pleased to report to you that I was invited onto a large, secular talk station during morning drive time to explain what Mormons believe and contrast it to what Bible believing Christians believe. This is a secular station that carries Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity and other such popular programs. For one hour, I was able to give a clear Gospel message without ridicule from the hosts or the callers. In fact, the producer e-mailed me later that day to thank me and to let me know they looked forward to my being a guest again in the future.

Glenn Beck has accomplished what neither Oprah Winfrey nor Shirley McClain could. I believe that Beck used his conservative veneer and doublespeak to co-opt leaders of the religious right. Beck and these evangelical leaders have sent the message that it is acceptable for millions of "Christians" to embrace humanistic spirituality and paganism for the purpose of social activism and social change. These pastors should re-read Luke 17:2 where we read: "It would be better for him if a millstone were hung around his neck, and he were thrown into the sea, than that he should offend one of these little ones."

If I had told you five years ago that a "conservative" radio and TV personality would have millions of viewers, would talk about the spiritual battle being waged in America, would be a self-confessed member of a cult, would quote New Age phrases, would call for Christians and conservatives to look to the "one god", would declare "we need a Jesus or a Buddha", would seek to unite all faiths and would convince dozens of evangelical pastors and leaders to support him in a spiritual service-you would say I was writing fiction and that this would never happen.

Few Christians understand the magnitude of the spiritual shift that occurred within evangelicalism. The millions that see nothing wrong with the messages of Beck's 8-27 and 8-28 rallies reveal that the religious left and the religious right will be easily merged together in the coming one world religion under the coming one-world spiritual leader as prophesied in Revelation 17:8.

Ephesians 5:11 commands all Christians to "have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather expose them." That is exactly what we have done and will continue to do in spite of e-mails and voice messages that are filled with cursing and insults. Our response must simply be, "Have I become your enemy because I tell you the truth?" [Galatians 4:16]

What is happening in America today reminds me of what happen in another country at another time. European Christianity was compromised and changed into a false religion from within as German rationalization or Higher Criticism led the people to follow a humanistic religion. Germany was Hitler's for the taking because absolute truth and the gospel of Jesus Christ had been betrayed, and thus even the "German Christians" believed that the end justified the means. Few Christians objected to what was occurring as long as the people were to regain their national pride and their financial abundance. However, throughout history-as in America today-God has always had a remnant that remains true to Him and His Word.

The remnant as revealed in Revelation 14:12 are those who remain faithful to the cause of Jesus Christ even during great apostasy. "Here is the patience of the saints; here are those who keep the commandments of God and the faith of Jesus." Romans 11:5 declares, "Even so then, at this present time there is a remnant according to the election of grace." Because of God's grace, not because of our good works, God has seen fit to save us unto Himself.

American Christians should not and cannot rate our success on whether or not we return our country and culture to its Christian roots. Our success or failure must be based on whether or not we have been faithful servants of the one and only true God and have earnestly contended for the faith which was once for all delivered to the saints (Jude 3)."

Brannon Howse is a watchman on the wall for the purity of our faith in these last times, and there are but a few who are filling this role. The vast majority of Christendom is being deceived. I believe this Glenn Beck issue is a watershed event that will grow and will join with the others who are forming the Luciferian New Age religion, and peel off another large segment of the Christian church.

The deceptions are indeed staggering.

Most of The Church is so Pitifully Weak that a Mormon Can Now Lead God's People
by John McNernan

My heart is very heavy as I write this. I attended two events led by Glenn Beck. Friday night, I was at the Kennedy Center for a Glenn Beck special. He had a gospel choir singing with a mixed group of speakers. Beck was freely talking about the "LORD." There were speakers from other religions. He was talking about the need for a spiritual revival, who can argue about that!? The problem is that Beck is a Mormon, with a different Jesus.

There were several prayers offered at this event and NONE were made in the name of Jesus. I was deeply grieved after I left.

On Saturday, I attended the huge rally. If it was just political, I could accept Beck as a leader; however, it went way beyond that. I am not questioning anything about Beck's character or motives. What I am deeply grieved about is that this was not led by the real church of the Lord Jesus Christ. Is America in such desperate spiritual condition that masses of Christians will follow a Mormon for spiritual revival?

Many times on this blog I have written about the pastors and church leaders "hiding in the tall grass." I DO NOT LIKE TO SAY THIS!! It grieves me saying things like that, but it is the truth. The sheep in America are desperate and fearful of what is coming, so they look to a Mormon for leadership. A Mormon leading a meeting like this for America turning back to God, should have God-fearing pastors in America on their knees crying out to God for mercy.

I am grieved, not so much with Glenn Beck, but that the church is so pitifully weak that a Mormon can now lead God's people, and they do not see the spiritual danger. Once again, if this rally would have been political, then I would have no real problem with Glenn Beck. Many of you have contacted me about getting on his show and speaking about my book, As America Has Done to Israel. I would have no problem with this because I would not be under his spiritual authority or under Mormonism. Many of God's people are now desperate while the pastors are held up hiding in the tall grass.

I know Mormonism real well. There is a Mormon prophecy that America was going to be nearly destroyed with the Constitution hanging by a thread. A Mormon savior would arrive and lead the Mormon church to save America. I can see this coming into play real soon. Maybe the revival Beck is talking about is a massive conversion to Mormonism! Glenn Beck does not preach Mormonism from his show that I can tell; however, it is lurking in the background. How does the LORD feel about Mormonism, which teaches the Lord Jesus Christ, the ONLY begotten Son of God, is Satan's brother? Mormonism is full of doctrines like this.

The church is now so weak and without discernment that maybe the shallow Christians would turn to Mormonism while many pastors and church leaders are safe in the tall grass. I hope this never happens.

The danger is now all around us and closing fast. This includes: the Hard Left, Muslims, Mormon national leadership, militant homosexuals, totally collapsing economy, huge war in the Middle East, and the pastors hiding in the tall grass.

I hope that this writing comes across to you in the right way. The pastors have authority from God, and they WILL have to answer to Him. I respect that authority, but as I watch the country melt away and God's people desperate for leadership. It deeply grieves my heart to the point of tears.

Counterfeit Christianity

Glenn Beck and Jim Wallis Are Both Pushing
Social Justice and an Earthly Kingdom
by Brannon S. Howse
www.worldviewweekend.com
Am I on the only one that watched Glenn Beck's 8-28 rally with red flags going up non-stop? The mixture of Glenn's Mormon theology wrapped in Christian terms, combined with some of the Christian speakers made me very uncomfortable. The patriotic ecumenicalism was very unbiblical.
The dominion theology of some Christians, combined with the "Kingdom of God" theology of Mormonism, combined with all faiths uniting and wrapped in the flag reveals that a one-world religion and a one-world leader will be easily accepted even by people calling themselves Christians.

I believe the 8-27 and 8-28 rallies have greatly furthered the acceptance of ecumenicalism by even those who call themselves evangelicals. The pastors and Christian leaders (including women pastors) standing behind Glenn Beck at the end of the rally with their arms locked together looked silly and not at all like Christian statesmen. I truly believe they sold out. I do not think even one of them realizes how they compromised the true Gospel of Jesus Christ and have damaged their testimony and added massively to the acceptance of pluralism and ecumenicalism.

Whether they know it or not; those Christians that took part in these two rallies have endorsed an overwhelmingly humanistic message that was wrapped in patriotic and Christians terms. While a few speakers tried to give a true Biblical message; I believe it was so diluted in a soup of unbiblical messages that their presence only gave credibility in the minds of non-believers and non-discerning Christians that the "God talk" was all good.

Unless Biblical repentance, the exclusivity of the Jesus Christ of the Bible (not the cults) and the death, burial, and resurrection of Christ was proclaimed, the entire message was one of "we must save ourselves" and as Beck said "man can make a difference". The Bible says even my righteous deeds look like wickedness to God. It makes no difference that many of the speakers used the name of God over and over because for most of them it was not the God of the Bible but a god of their own making just as if they had crafted an idol with wood or wax.

Glenn Beck, on his TV program on August 27, 2010, affirmed that he is a Mormon. Thus his god was a man like you and I that evolved and Mormons believe they can be as god.

Glenn slipped what many experts believe is fraudulent archeology into his program. Glenn was not forthright with his audience as to why the highly suspect Bat Creek Stone is important to Mormon theology and history.

These next few statements will be shocking to some and many will not have the Biblical knowledge and discernment to accept the truth of what I am about to present. Social justice is a man-centered attempt to create heaven on earth.

Reverend Jim Wallis is pushing a liberal, leftist, man- centered, Godless, good works, social justice and Beck is pushing a conservative, right-wing, Godless, man-centered, good works, social justice. Both Wallis and Beck want a revolution in America and they both are basing their revolution on humanistic thinking. One is coming from the left and one is coming from the right.

Both Wallis and Beck are both pushing for an earthly kingdom based on humanism and paganism mixed with their individual versions of social justice. I believe that Wallis and Beck both reject the God of the Bible and the salvation that is only found through the Jesus Christ of the Bible. In the end Beck and Wallis are on the same team as Jesus Christ Himself declared in John 8:42-47:
"If God were your Father, you would love Me, for I proceeded forth and came from God." In verse 44 He continues, "You are of your father the devil, and the desires of your father you want to do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and does not stand in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaks a lie, he speaks from his own resources, for he is a liar and the father of it." Then in verse 47: "He who is of God hears God's words; therefore you do not hear, because you are not of God."

Listen up members of the true Bride of Christ, the perilous times warned about in II Timothy 3:1-5 are here and many within our own families and churches are being deceived. Verse 5 says "having a form of godliness but denying its power, and from such persons turn away."
Man serves either God or Satan, and thus every issue at its very foundation is theological and spiritual.

I began the week on my radio program and in my columns stating that I could join Glenn Beck on non-spiritual issues but not theological ones. I believe I must now change my position based on all the research I have done this week on Mormonism and based on Glenn's own words from the past few months. To me it is clear that Glenn is not even attempting to separate his defense of the U.S. Constitution from his radical and pagan religious beliefs.

I believe that Glenn Beck's spirituality, theology, and doctrine cannot be separated from his public policy. I truly believe Glenn Beck, through his Mormonism, is seeking to build a "kingdom" that Biblically committed Christians must take no part in helping him build.

Many years ago LDS President John Taylor boasted of this goal of building a Mormon Kingdom on earth:
Let us now notice our political positions in the world. What are we going to do? We are going to possess the earthand reign over it for ever and ever. Now, ye Kings and Emperors help yourselves if you can. This is the truth and it may as well be told at this time as at any other. There's a good time coming, Saints, a good time coming.[1]

Former Mormon Ed Decker reveals that this Mormon "Kingdom of God" is really based on a socialistic theocracy:
Joseph Smith implemented a program called the United Order in the churchIt was a plan of sharingeverything in common, all properties and wealth turned over and owned by the church and dispersed by the Brethren to the people on an as needed basis with a requirement for good stewardship or loss of use. It was later determined that it could only work when both the secular and ecclesiastic functions operated under one authorityAn LDS prophet ruling over a theocratic government where eternal commandments like the United Orderwould function within the "Kingdom of God."[2]

The Mormon view of the U.S. Constitution is that it is god-breathed by the Mormon god and that America's Founding Fathers were specially chosen spirit babies sent by the Mormon god to grow up and write the U.S. Constitution and found "America, the land of libertyto be the Lord's latter-day base of operations for His restored [Mormon] church."[3] How can committed Christians even now join Glenn Beck in a common goal around defending the U.S. Constitution when we know what his religion teaches lest we be partakers in the works of darkness?

Defend the U.S. Constitution and original intent but not in a shared endeavor with Beck unless you embrace the ultimate goals and objectives of his Mormon religion. God's church is not so weak that we have to partner with the theocratic agenda of a cult in order to accomplish God's will-if indeed it is even God's will that we reclaim America. Based on Biblical descriptions, I believe God is even now beginning to judge America because of our national rebellion that includes pastors compromising on the supremacy of Scripture for political and social gain.

The pastors that were at Beck's rally today would have been far better off if they were back at home studying their Bibles and preparing a Sunday sermon that called for the members of their congregations to reject the pagan spirituality and pluralism they endorsed today by standing behind Glenn Beck. A June 26, 2008 article in the Denver Post revealed that pagan spirituality is doubling in America every eighteen months. That number is sure to increase as "evangelical" leaders give it credibility as they did today.

Please pray for Glenn Beck's Biblical salvation. However, unless, and until that happens, I now believe that I must warn you that Glenn Beck is a false teacher that is teaching another Jesus, another god and another gospel. The headlines will read that Glenn is calling America back to God but it is NOT the God of the Bible since Glenn admits to being a Mormon.

I have warned you about Jim Wallis, Oprah Winfrey and many other such false teachers; shall I not warn you of Glenn Beck simply because he can draw a crowd of 500,000 on the mall of our nation's capitol.

Many of you are losing friends over your Biblical stance for Truth. Some of your own family members are opposed to your defense of Biblical truth. Jesus Himself said it would be this way in Matthew 10:34-26 when he said, "Do not think that I came to bring peace on earth. I did not come to bring peace but a sword. For I have come to set a man against his father, a daughter against her mother, and a daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law; and a man's enemies will be those of his own household."

I close with a quote I gave you earlier in the week from the late Dr. Vance Havner:

"The devil is not fighting religion; he is too smart for that. He is producing a counterfeit Christianity so much like the real one that good Christians are afraid to speak out against it."

Amen!

Beck Rally..Huge Defeat For Christianity

I blogged about this very thing prior to Glenn Beck's 'Divine Destiny' rally. I am posting Brannon Howse's article about the damage done to Christianity. I could not agree with him more. Read and learn about spiritual warfare. Satan won this last round, big-time. CMR
~ ~ ~ ~ ~
*Glenn Beck Rally Set Stage for "Christians" to Accept Paganism
*Mormons Say Beck Achieved 200 Year Goal of Getting Evangelicals to declare That Mormons Are Christians

by Brannon S. Howse, www.worldviewweekend.com

I tried to warn evangelical leaders about Glenn Beck's rallies but most of them laughed at me. Now Satan is the one laughing at them, as "Christians" run head-long into embracing non-Biblical theology and call it "Christian".

Greg West, in the Mormon LDS Examiner, validates my pre-Beck rally warnings to Evangelical leaders on my radio program, columns, e-mails, and phone conversations. I told them that partnering with Beck in a spiritual enterprise would send the message that Mormons are Christians.

Greg West writes:

"As a Mormon, I have to consider an unintended message throughout Beck's work, which has culminated in this event. That message is: "Mormons are Christian believers." Despite nearly two centuries of misrepresentation and religious envy by sectarian Christianity, Beck has achieved the visibility, prominence, and has had the time day after day, week after week, to speak openly and truly about his core beliefs. Those statements of faith have disoriented and confused those who had previously believed the lies about Mormons.

"Jim Garlow, a popular and influential pastor who partnered with the Mormon faithful in California to defend traditional marriage was quoted recently in CNN's Belief Blog, saying, "I have interviewed persons who have talked specifically with Glenn about his personal salvation - persons extremely well known in Christianity - and they have affirmed (using language evangelicals understand), 'Glenn is saved...' He understands receiving Christ as Savior."

"Hallelujah! The light bulb has been switched on after nearly two centuries! Every single member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints believes that a person must be "born again" and receive Jesus Christ as his Savior and Redeemer. Our holy books teach that salvation comes only in and through the atonement of Christ and that there is no other way a person can be savedGlenn Beck's beliefs are mainstream Mormon beliefs. Joseph Smith, the Church's founder, was a Christian prophet. He was an apostolic witness of the resurrection of Jesus Christ." http://www.examiner.com/lds-church-in-national/glenn-beck-and-the-restoring-honor-rally

Notice that West admits that what Beck has said on his broadcasts about his faith has "disoriented and confused" people who thought that Mormonism was not consistent with Christianity. However, Beck has now convinced them that Mormonism and Christianity are compatible with the help of America's Christian leaders.

The actor Kirk Cameron is the only one I personally know of that took to heart my pre-Beck rally warnings and reversed himself. Kirk really encouraged me when I needed it by calling to thank me for the column and sharing with me how it helped him understand why he must not take part in Beck's 8-27 event. Kirk even had the courage to come on my national radio program and speak about this issue publically.

The irony is rather thick. Kirk played "Buck Williams" in the Left Behind Movies. Buck was a famous secular journalist who became a believer and then set out to warn Christians not to accept the demonic spirituality of a one-world religion that was unfolding through national and international figures.

I believe what happen over the weekend was a seismic shift within evangelicalism; an historic event that will go unnoticed by most Christian leaders. A few leaders may eventually understand the nature of what happen but it will be weeks if not months before they respond. Many of these leaders waited years to provide the defense against Oprah's pagan spirituality and when they did it was too late for many of the goats within their flock of sheep that had already consumed Oprah's spiritual poison.

Sadly, most Christian leaders and pastors are completely deficient in understanding the ideas and philosophies that have, and continue, to be the force behind the rushing cultural stream. As a result; the members of their own congregation hear no advanced warning of the coming spiritual undertow nor do they acquire the needed Biblical knowledge that keeps them from being children, tossed to and fro and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of men, in the cunning craftiness of deceitful plotting, (Ephesians 4:14).

The compromise by evangelical leaders and pastors by spiritually uniting with "all faiths" with the theme of "looking to the one god", as described by Beck, has laid the foundation for untold numbers of self-professing Christians to now embrace pluralism and pagan spirituality. Pastors and evangelical leaders literally locked arms with all faiths, including Imams, in a spiritual endeavor despite the clear Biblical warnings of II Corinthians 6:14.

The Mormon Church is now rejoicing over the public relations success that these undiscerning evangelical leaders have handed the Mormon Church by uniting with Glenn Beck in the two events that were promoted as spiritual.

I believe that Beck does not only embrace the pagan spirituality of Mormonism but also Cosmic Humanism. Cosmic Humanism is known by most as the New Age Movement. Cosmic Humanism says that man is god. Mormonism says that man can become god. See the similarities? Before you react listen to what Glenn Beck said on Fox News Sunday with Chris Wallace on the Fox News Channel. Glenn Beck said that his rally was not political and the reason for his rally was because "there's nothing that we can do that will solve the problems that we have and keep the peace unless we solve it through God, unless we solve it in being our highest self. Be your higher-self."

Beck used the phrase "higher self" three times in the interview with Chris Wallace. No one talks that way unless they know exactly what they are saying. One New Age website says:
There are many great words to describe Who or What your highest identity or Self truly is. Below are just a few: Higher Self, I am Presence, I Am That I AmCosmic Consciousness, God, Christ, Holy Spirit And the list goes on

Notice that "I AM that I AM" is another word for "higher self". Last week on his radio program Beck said, "I Am That I Am is the most powerful phrase in any language as it is the name of god, never use it in vain; use it to create who you want to be. I AM blank."

"I AM" is to be reserved as a title for God yet it is being blasphemed in the pagan practice of what is called "the law of attraction." In the book The Secret, that was promoted by none other than Oprah Winfrey, Rhonda Byrne wrote:

  • The law of attraction is the law of creation. You create your life through your thoughts." [p. 15.]
  • There isn't a single thing that you cannot do with this knowledge. It doesn't matter who you are or where you are, The Secret can give you whatever you want. [P. xi]
  • With this powerful knowledge, you can completely change every circumstance and event in your entire life" [p. 17]

The fact that people like Beck on the right and Oprah on the left are proclaiming the "I AM" message is a sign that we are living in the last days according to Jesus Himself in Luke 21:7-8:
And they asked Him, saying, Master, but when shall these things be? and what sign will there be when these things shall come to pass? And he said, "Take heed that yet be not deceived: for many will come in My name, saying, I am Christ; and the time draweth near; go ye not therefore after them."

Former New Ager, now Biblical Christian, Ray Yungen writes:

"Notice, "Christ" is italicized in verse 8, meaning that it was not in the original manuscript. The translators of the King James Bible probably thought it awkward that it said "Many shall come saying, I am." Probably for the sake of clarity and to be consistent with Mathew 24, the translators added the word "Christ."

Did you catch that? Jesus was saying that when people say they are god by using the title "I AM" it is a sign that we are living in the end times. We are also told to run away from the people saying "I AM". Sadly, many of our nation's pastor's and Christian leaders did not run from Glenn Beck but ran to join him in a spiritual service and enterprise.

Beck on his radio program last week also declared, "Hell is an eternity of regret not being able to forgive yourself." This is a completely unbiblical statement. Nowhere in the Bible do we see instruction to "forgive yourself" because it is impossible. 2 Corinthians 5:15 says, "He died for all, that those who live should live no longer for themselves, but for Him who died for them and rose again." Verse 17 is what brings me peace since I have repented of my sins and placed by faith and trust in the Jesus of the Bible. "Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new."

Grace and forgiveness is provided to those who repent and therefore there is no need to believe the lie that you can "forgive yourself" of your sins.

These pastors should re-read Luke 17:2 where we read; "It would be better for him if a millstone were hung around his neck, and he were thrown into the sea, than that he should offend one of these little ones."

Beck has set the stage for "conservatives" to accept a one-world religion and numerous leaders of the religious right pulled the ropes that raised the curtain on this ecumenical stage. Christian leaders that should have known better nodded in agreement and provided the backdrop as Beck preached his sermon of pluralism and universalism on 8-27 and 8-28.

Perhaps sooner, rather than latter, the world will be in massive economic, political, and spiritual chaos and a leader will step on to the world stage and this anti-Christ will call for the religions of the world to unite and embrace spirituality. He will declare that he is not about politics but about bringing peace, unity, faith, hope, charity, stability, freedom, and prosperity under the common god of all religions. This world leader will perform counterfeit miracles signs and wonders and those who reject Biblical truth will follow him [2 Thessalonians 2:9-12] and embrace his plan for restoring honor.

If I had told you five years ago that a "conservative" radio and TV personality would have millions of viewers, would talk about the spiritual battle being waged in America, would be a self-confessed member of a cult, would quote New Age phrases, would call for Christians and conservatives to look to the "one god", would seek to unite all faiths and would convince dozens of evangelical pastors and leaders to support him in a spiritual service-you would say I was writing fiction and that this would never happen.

Do you now understand the magnitude of the spiritual shift that occurred this past weekend?

Glenn Beck's Divine Destiny

I like Glenn Beck and watch him regularly. However, with my background in research I have become suspicious of all commentators, main stream media, politicians, etc. I have often wondered if he is unwittingly - or wittingly - being used for someone else's agenda, primarily because there are certain subjects which he will not touch, and they are subjects that need to be exposed.

However, this past week Beck - who is a Mormon - got heavily into the arena of religion. On his August 18th program, Glenn brought up the topic of the Bat Creek stone found in a Native American burial mound in Tennessee in 1889. The Mormon Church teaches that Native American Indians are descendants of a lost tribe of Israel. Therefore, this would be of interest to Glenn as a Mormon, but he needs to be upfront with his audience, which he was not.

Mormons love to bill themselves as Christians, but Mormonism is not Christian. It is a cult. By referring to the Bat Creek stone, he was presenting Mormon philosophy, but was not open and honest in telling this to his audience. He used Mormon authors, scientists and teachers to make his point, and claimed that our history has been rewritten. Is this part of his agenda?

His event on August 27th at the Kennedy Center is described on his website as "Glenn Beck's Divine Destiny" and states that the event will include "uplifting music, nationally-known religious figures from all faith will unite…" Glenn's website also promotes Glenn's "Daily Spiritual Thought" and "join Glenn Beck live each weekday morning at 7:05a ET for prayer."

A committed Christian has no business furthering the divine destiny of a Mormon, certainly cannot engage in the unity of all faiths, and cannot join Beck in a prayer by, and for, all faiths. The gods worshipped by Mormons, Muslims, and every other faith are not the God of Christianity.

My alarm bells began to go off at his first declaration, and continuing emphases, that only by turning to god could this nation be restored. Which god was he talking about? When I now see that he is calling religious leaders of all faiths to unite for this upcoming event I am truly alarmed. This will be especially seductive to Christians who share his political views, but are ignorant of the dangers of mixing them with pagan or cultic religious views, in order to achieve what is perceived as a common goal.

Beck's website is crystal clear that this will be a spiritual event in which "...The audience for the event will be overwhelmingly made up of pastors, ministers and clergy... that will help heal your soul..." and that the hymn, Eternal Father Strong to Save, "is the message of 8/27". Herein lies the problem. A Mormon's definition of God the Father does not recognize Jesus Christ as godhead, nor does any other religion. Only in Christianity does Jesus Christ represent God Himself, and it is on this very point that our salvation is secured.

No matter how laudible the political cause may be, Christians cannot set aside the Gospel of Jesus Christ or the supremacy of God's Word, to unite spiritually with those who preach another Jesus and another gospel. The fact that Beck's cause began as a political one ... and has now surpassed that, and has become a spiritual cause ... is another excellent example of the brilliant and subtle deceptions that Satan uses to accomplish his purpose. Frankly, I very much doubt if Beck comprehends any of this. But Christians must.

The Apostle Paul warns Christians against uniting with unbelievers in spiritual endeavors in 2 Corinthians 6:14 where we read, "Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness?" Followers of Jesus Christ are called out, to be separated spiritually from non-believers.

While Christians can certainly agree with Beck's views on politics, the constitution, etc., we must not - and cannot - join spiritually with people of all faiths for any purpose whatsoever. By moving into the realm of doctrine, theology and the spiritual, the line has been drawn in the sand.

THIS IS THE ESSENCE OF SPIRITUAL WARFARE.
