Are The Rapture and The Jewish New Year Connected?

September 28-30 is Rosh Hashana, Feast of the Trumpets: The Jewish New Year. Does this mean anything to the Christian?  Don't worry ... I certainly wouldn't presume to set dates, but many prophecy students have found the Feasts of Israel to be extremely significant to the Church. The conversion of many Jews to Christianity over the past decade or more has been a great boon to the Church in understanding how the Old and New Testaments are so integrally connected. An entirely new set of information has opened up prophecy of the end times.

Leviticus 23 contains the instructions God gave to the nation of Israel concerning certain feasts they were to observe throughout the year. When we examine the first four feasts it becomes obvious that they typify the vicarious sacrifice of the Lord Jesus Christ and the formation of His Church. These feasts are Passover, Unleavened Bread, First fruits, and Pentecost.

Passover, observed on the 14th day of Nisan, the first month, is symbolic of the crucifixion of Jesus Christ as He shed His precious blood to atone for the sins of His people.
Unleavened Bread began on the 15th day and continued for a week. It is symbolic of the sinless perfection of the Lord Jesus Christ in His life, death, and burial.
First fruits was observed on the 16th day and is symbolic of His resurrection from the dead on the third day (1 Cor.15:4 and 20).
Pentecost. Exactly fifty days later during the month of Sivan, the Holy Spirit descended upon believers and the Church was born.

Thus the first four feasts foreshadowed the Christian faith and the founding of the Church. So, what about the last three feasts?

Next in chronological order is Rosh Hashanah, the Feast of Trumpets, which occurs a full three months after Pentecost. Since the four feasts preceding it typify the formation of the Church, there is a probability the time gap represents the Church Age. I believe it does - and that Rosh Hashanah—the Jewish New Year --  during which rabbis around the world blow the ceremonial ram’s horn trumpets (called shofars)is a symbol of the Church departing this world. Notice that the Apostle Paul made a connection between the use of a trumpet and the Rapture:

Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. 1 Corinthians 15:51-52

Some insist this has to be during the Tribulation Period because of the reference to the “last trumpet” and is therefore the last of the seven trumpet judgments in Revelation 11:15. This creates confusion, because there is a “last trumpet” which is strictly associated with the Feast of Trumpets! There are two types of trumpets used by observant Jews today: one is made of silver and the other—the shofar—from a ram’s horn. And various types of short blasts on those trumpets are used during the celebration, but the last blast signaling the end of the feast is on the shofar trumpet and distinctively different from the rest.

The first instance in the Old Testament where the word “trumpet” is used is in Exodus 19:13 and refers to God’s long trumpet call  (Hebrew yobel—a trumpet blast and not the trumpet itself) to Israel from Mt. Sinai. (The second and third instances of the word “trumpet” are found in verses 16 and 19, where the instrument itself is in view and the Hebrew word is shofar). So when Israel heard that long call on the trumpet of God they came up to the mountain:

“…when the trumpet soundeth long, they shall come up to the mount” Exodus 19:13

“And it came to pass on the third day in the morning, that there were thunders and lightnings, and a thick cloud upon the mount, and the voice of the trumpet exceeding loud; so that all the people that was in the camp trembled” Exodus 19:16
“And mount Sinai was altogether on a smoke, because the LORD descended upon it in fire: and the smoke thereof ascended as the smoke of a furnace, and the whole mount quaked greatly.  And when the voice of the trumpet sounded long, and waxed louder and louder, Moses spake, and God answered him by a voice. Exodus 19:18-19
Many believe that this typifies the Rapture, when the Church is going to “come up” to meet the Lord in the air at the conclusion of Rosh Hashanah.

For this to be true, the last two feasts must also typify future prophetic events, so let's see if they do.

The Feast of Trumpets begins on the first day of Tishri, and nine days later, on the tenth of Tishri, the Day of Atonement is observed. The last three feasts all occur during the seventh month; the number seven is God’s number of perfection and completion.

In Lev.23:27 God commanded the children of Israel to “afflict your souls” on the Day of Atonement. While six of the feasts were to be joyous occasions, this one was a very somber event. What did God intend for this to represent? Rabbinic tradition refers to Rosh Hashanah as a day of judgment . If it doesRosh Hashanah and the Day of Atonement  Interestingly, the Bible mentions only one day being set aside for the celebration of Rosh Hashanah, but modern Judaism stretches it out to two days—which leaves a seven day period between it and the Day of Atonement. Could it be that these seven days represent  the seven years of Tribulation Period, to be followed by the Day of Atonement, at which Israel will mourn for the One they pierced, their Messiah (Zech.12:10)?

If this is the case, the next/last feast would represent the Millennial Reign of Christ; and this Feast of Tabernacles does just that. It was celebrated five days after the Day of Atonement and was the most joyous of the feasts and depicts Israel living in “booths” - temporary shelters designed to remind Israel of its 40 years  in the wilderness and deliverance into the Promised Land. Their entry into Canaan was a type of the Promised Land in the Old Testament, but will be fully realized when their Messiah, Jesus Christ, rules during the Millennium.

There is much more that could be said about this, but I thought that today - the first day of Rosh Hashanah - would be a perfect time to list the basics.

Elenin, Nibiru, Planet X

I am going to re-post my June 20, 2011 post today because it is particularly fascinating that this cosmic phenomenon shows up on the bank notes of several nations.

Nibiru, to the Babylonians, was the celestial body associated with the god Marduk. The term "Nibiru" comes from the Sumerian cuneiform tablets and writings dating 5,000 years old. The pink egg-shaped oval on the left side of the note depicts the orbit of Nibiru. They certainly didn't try to hide it. The Illuminati is always required to warn people in some way (to give them a fighting chance) before their plans are ever carried out, despite the fact that almost none of the people 'get it.'  This may be another way of sifting through the people so that they can keep the ones who are smart enough to figure it out.

Below is the new Swiss Franc

Remember, Switzerland is virtually the bank of the world's richest people, and they know all of their secrets. You can see Planet-X/Nibiru/Elenin in the lower center, again portrayed as an oval egg shape in pink, showing the correct orbit of the star as it crosses the ecliptic of the planets

I saved the best for last. This is an ET - an alien - right there on their money. This is an amazing sight, and this was almost 14 years ago. Please note that they are giants, walking taller than men, with an elongated head (remember some of the long heads found in the king's tombs of Egypt?) The Swiss were more open, and understood more, 14 years ago, than the American people know at the present time. Most are as blind as bats. Blinder.

One of these bank notes was designed in the 18th Century, so people have expected it for many years. It is referred to in Hopi Prophecy and others.

Of all the subject I have researched, this has had - without a doubt - the most elaborate scheme of disinformation associated with it than any other. Many people just gave up on it, but I am still researching. However, I'm comfortable that I know the truth of it now. Elenin is the "front" object; it's what is coming behind it that is of great interest because it's a cosmic 'system,' meaning it is a large object with smaller ones in its orbit. It is intelligently and intentionally headed our way (per the most credible scientists). It will be in our area in various spots until 12/21/2012. I believe it is a major actor in the end times events - prior to the start of the tribulation period. That's as far as I'm willing to put on paper, but I believe I know more than that.

I also believe that it is part of another satanic scheme whereby Lucifer will try to convince the world that we have been in the Tribulation period all along - that we are now at the 'end of days' and that the Messiah is about to appear. He would like the world to believe that ... and many do ... the only catch is that the "messiah" who will be showing up will be the Antichrist.

But for the Christian, I believe the Rapture is imminent. No one knows the day or hour, but we are told to "Watch" and know what time it is. This week during the Feast of the Trumpets would be my first guess. But that's all it is - speculation. I do believe this cosmic visitor(s) will play a role - whatever the date..

Elenin/Planet-X And The Rapture

Well...I just can't let this go. We are entering the week of the Feast of the Trumpets. We are living in a Once-In-A-Cosmos time period. It's beyond anything one could imagine. I find new links each day, and will post another video that says it all. If you're a Christian you won't want to miss this. But first, read what my son sent me:

"Had to throw this out there to you....remember the blood moons that are coming up in 2014-2015? There is only one solar eclipse in those 4 moons, and it falls on March 30, 2015, followed by a blood moon on Passover 14 days later. If that solar eclipse (blood moon) was to coincide with the middle of the tribulation (and the abomination of desolation)...you can count forward 1290 days and land on the last day of the Feast of Tabernacles, 2018....

... and if that isn't interesting enough....

If you count backwards 1260 days, you land on October 7, 2011....exactly one week after the Feast of Trumpets this year....which we all know will be the amazing line up in Virgo that coincides with Revelation 12. Besides that, I have heard that the actual vote on the PA at the UN may be delayed until next Friday.

They are trying so hard to come up with something to avoid that....what if, they come up with a tentative 7-year deal, during a very eventful week of war (Psalm 83), and the sudden vanishing of millions.....that all could happen in a 7-day period, ending the following Friday (October 7), with an agreement confirmed.....

hmmmmmm... hows that for a speculation.... this gets more exciting every day...."

That's my boy!

Now don't miss a second of this video - and the person who posted it has more videos on YouTube, listed above this one, and below its title. Just click on the little arrows. This is the best one yet!

Elenin And The "Sign In Egypt" Connection!

It is also interesting to note that the Elites who have stolen most of the assets on the planet are afraid ... they fear this coming event mightily. WHY?  I think I know. They planned to go below to their elite underground digs to wait things out ... but a little bird leads me to believe that much of their plan has been foiled.

And I beheld when he had opened the sixth seal, and, lo, there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became as blood; And the stars of heaven fell unto the earth, even as a fig tree casteth her untimely figs, when she is shaken of a mighty wind. And the heaven departed as a scroll when it is rolled together; and every mountain and island were moved out of their places. And the kings of the earth, and the great men, and the rich men, and the chief captains, and the mighty men, and every bondman, and every free man, hid themselves in the dens and in the rocks of the mountains; And said to the mountains and rocks, Fall on us, and hide us from the face of him that sitteth on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb: For the great day of his wrath is come; and who shall be able to stand? New "Translaton": From "Son of Man" to "The Human One"

I have discovered another wonderful website run by Pastor-Teacher Ken Silva. It immedately jumped to my "Top Five" list. (If you think I'm blunt, just read him...) Below is an excerpt from one of his articles on a new Bible 'translation.'  For the entire article click HERE.

By Pastor-Teacher Ken Silva
 at www.apprising.org

Another sign of apostasy within the evangelical community is the cavalier way the Word of God is being handled. Case in point is provided by Christian Post today who tweeted:

(Online source)
The link takes us to a CP report by Nicola Menzie called New Bible Set for Public Release, Changes Jesus from ‘Son of Man’ to ‘the Human One’ where we find out that the “new edition of the Common English Translation (CET)” is set to “be released in print and made available to the public for the first time on August 1″ according to “publicist Audra Jennings.” Menzie informs us:
With the complete edition of the Common English Translation arriving from the printers this week and rolling into stores starting next month, associate publisher Paul Franklyn said the goal of translators was to make the Bible accessible and more appealing to readers of various backgrounds and denominations.
“There are a number of translations available for conservative churches,” Franklyn told The Tennessean. “This is trying to make a bridge between conservatives, moderates and liberals.” (Online source)
First of all, it isn’t up to translators to tamper with the texts of Holy Scripture to make what God has said “more appealing.” They are to bring forth what the original conveys into whatever language the translation is in. Secondly, with “trying to make a bridge between conservatives, moderates and liberals,” we see another attempt at Rodney King-can’t-we-all-get-along theology.

KJV Compared to ESV and NIV

This article can be found at Lighthouse Trails Research, which I highly recommend for keeping up with everything that is occurring in the Christian Community. You can sign up for their newsletter, which is all meat and no bones. Link for the entire article, click on the title below. This is not a comprehensive review, but certainly enough to open the eyes of those interested in truth. Personally, I can see the Antichrist Bible developing in the new versions; I am well aware of the Antichrist Doctrine and Trinity. The new 'translations' will fit the purpose quite well..Quite an eye opener. CMR

The English Standard Version (ESV) Study Bible.
                                                 A dream come true”??

Introduction.   Updated  March 30, 2011
First, why I compared the KJV to the ESV is because the ESV study Bible has received such high praise for being an excellent literal translation.
Second, in the Preface under “Translation Legacy” page 19, we read “The English Standard Version (ESV)  stands in the classic mainstream of English Bible translations over the past half-millennium. The fountainhead of that stream was William Tyndale’s  New Testament of 1526; marking the course were King James Version of 1611...” I understood this to mean that there would be a great similarity between the KJV and the ESV. What I found however, is that the ESV, is in the majority of the  references, very similar or the same as the NIV. This I find difficult to reconcile with the statement made in reference to the KJV.
Third what motivated me to further compare the ESV to the KJV, was the very high praise that the ESV has received from so many people who are well versed in the field of bible translations. For example, John Piper calls it “a dream come true”? Please see  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SlFsBdEkxMQ
Fourth  what  motivated me to examine the ESV Study Bible was what I  read  in the Introduction under the subtitle “Divine Words and Merely Human Words”, where it is written “The ESV Study Bible contains two kinds of words. The first kind is the actual of the Bible, which are the very words of God to us. These are printed in the larger font of each page. The second kind is the study notes, which are merely human words” page 9.
The problem is knowing which group of words to trust. The first group of words “the very words of God to us” in the ESV have so many omissions compared to the KJV that it creates serious doubt, not trust.  If there are so many omissions in “the very words of God” in the ESV, how can we have confidence in the ‘words of men, in the explanation?
Before we accept this translation as “a dream come true” we need to examine the ESV bible carefully and ponder the words of Jesus, “And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you”.
Mt. 24:4
Please Note.
1) The  following  examples are from the New Testament only.
2) This is not an exhaustive study.

Comparing the KJV to the ESV and NIV  (listed in this order)
Please  note: all words missing  in the ESV  OR  NIV are highlighted in BOLD underlined  in the KJV.

Gospel of Matthew
1) Mt. 1:25 And knew her not till she had brought forth her firstborn son: and he called his name JESUS.
ESV  1:25  but knew her not until she had given birth to  a son. And he called his name Jesus.
NIV  1:25 But he had no union with her until she gave birth to a son. And he gave him the name Jesus.

2) Mt. 5:22   But I say unto you, That whosoever is angry with his brother without a cause shall be in danger of the judgment: and whosoever shall say to his brother, Raca, shall be in danger of the council: but whosoever shall say, Thou fool, shall be in danger of hell fire.
ESV 5:22  But I say to you that everyone who is angry with his brother will be liable to judgment; whoever insults his brother will be liable to the council; and whoever says, ‘You fool!’ will be liable to the hell of fire.
NIV 5:22  But  I tell you that anyone who is angry with his brother will be subject to judgment. Again, anyone who says to his brother, ‘Raca,’ is answerable to the Sanhedrin. But anyone who says, ‘You fool!’ will be in danger of the fire of hell.

3) Mt. 5:44   But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you;
ESV  5:44  But I say to you, Love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you,
NIV 5:44  But I tell you: Love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you,

NIV  6:13   And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one

5) Mt. 6:27 Which of you by taking thought can add one cubit unto his stature?
ESV  6:27  And which of you by being anxious can add a single hour to his span of life?
NIV   6:27 Who of you by worrying can add a single hour to his life?

6) Mt. 6:33   But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.
ESV  6:33   But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.
NIV  6:33  But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.

7) Mt. 8:2  And,  behold, there came a leper and worshipped him, saying, Lord, if thou wilt, thou canst make me clean.
ESV   8:2  And  behold, a leper came to him and knelt before him, saying, “Lord, if you will, you can make me clean.”
NIV   8:2  A  man with leprosy came and knelt before him and said, "Lord, if you are willing, you can make me clean."

8) Mt. 8:29  And, behold, they cried out, saying, What have we to do with thee, Jesus, thou Son of God? art thou come hither to torment us before the time?
ESV  8:29 And behold, they cried out, “What have you to do with us, O Son of God? Have you come here to torment us before the time?”
NIV 8:29 "What do you want with us, Son of God?" they shouted. "Have you come here to torture us before the appointed time?"

9) Mt. 9:13   But go ye and learn what that meaneth, I will have mercy, and not sacrifice: for I am not come to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance.
ESV 9:13  Go and learn what this means, ‘I desire mercy, and not sacrifice.’ For I came not to call the righteous, but sinners.”
NIV  9:13  But go and learn what this means: ‘I desire mercy, not sacrifice.’ For I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners."

10) Mt. 9:18 While he spake these things unto them, behold, there came a certain ruler, and worshipped him, saying,  My daughter is even now dead: but come and lay thy hand upon her, and she shall live.
ESV  9:18  While he was saying these things to them, behold, a ruler came in and knelt before him, saying, “My daughter has just died, but come and lay your hand on her, and she will live.”
NIV  9:18  While he was saying this, a ruler came and knelt before him and said, "My daughter has just died. But come and put your hand on her, and she will live."

11) Mt. 12:35   A good man out of the good treasure of the heart bringeth forth good things: and an evil man out of the evil treasure bringeth forth evil things.
ESV  12:35 The good person out of his good treasure brings forth good, and the evil person out of his evil treasure brings forth evil.
NIV  12:35 The good man brings good things out of the good stored up in him, and the evil man brings evil things out of the evil stored up in him.

13) Mt. 13:51   Jesus saith unto them, Have ye understood all these things? They say unto him, Yea, Lord.
ESV  13:51 “Have you understood all these things?” They said to him, “Yes.”
NIV  13:51 "Have you understood all these things?" Jesus asked. "Yes," they replied.

14) Mt. 15:6  And  honour not his father or his mother, he shall be free. Thus have ye made the commandment of God of none effect by your tradition.
ESV  15:6 he  need not honor his father.’ So for the sake of your tradition you have made void the word of God.
NIV  15:6 he is not to ‘honor his father’ with it. Thus you nullify the word of God for the sake of your tradition.

15) Mt. 15:8  This  people draweth nigh unto me with their mouth, and honoureth me with their lips; but their heart is far from me.
ESV   15:8 “This people honors me with their lips, but their heart is far from me;

ESV 16:3   And in the morning, ‘It will be stormy today, for the sky is red and threatening.’ You know how to interpret the appearance of the sky, but you cannot interpret the signs of the times.
NIV 16:3   and in the morning, ’Today it will be stormy, for the sky is red and overcast.’ You know how to interpret the appearance of the sky, but you cannot interpret the signs of the times.

26) Mt. 20:22 But Jesus answered and said, Ye  know not what ye ask. Are ye able to drink of the cup that I shall drink of, and to be baptized with the baptism that I am baptized with? They say unto him,
We are able.
ESV   20:22 Jesus answered, “You do not know what you are asking. Are you able to drink the cup that I am to drink?” They said to him, “We are able.
NIV   20:22  "You don’t know what you are asking," Jesus said to them. "Can you drink the cup I am going to drink?" "We can," they answered.

27)  Mt. 21:44  And whosoever shall fall on this stone shall be broken: but on whomsoever it shall fall, it will grind him to powder.
