There seems to have been a decided change in 'President' Obama's language regarding freedom of religion, and it is causing a buzz in the religious communities. He has shifted from using the term "freedom of religion" to "freedom of worship." You can be certain this is no accident. All of the change we are seeing is by design.
From his strong language on religious freedom in his Cairo speech, religious freedom has become a rare commodity in his discourse. Both Obama and Hillary Clinton are now using the new term, "freedom of worship." So subtle the average person might not even notice, a purposeful change in this language sends danger signals to the Christian community as a subtle precursor of his intentions to have us 're-think' the religion issues as he brings us along the path to another change.
While this may be another olive branch to Muslims around the world, the other side of that branch is chilling to followers of Jesus Christ. Words do have meaning. It is just this kind of cultural desensitization which has so drastically changed the fiber of our nation over the past few years. Small, hardly noticeable changes in language - one word at a time - is a form of mind control. It's as old as Satan in the Garden. He is the author and master of subtlety and deception.
It's not only freedom of worship we cherish in the United States ... it's freedom of religion ... freedom to serve the GOD we choose. Christianity could be outlawed, and it could still be said that we have freedom of worship - the freedom to worship the state religion and its accompanying god.
With a dumbed down civilization now in place, only a small number of individuals would pick up on this, let alone discern the significance of it. This change in language is on purpose, and it signals tampering with our freedom of religion.
I believe we have taken another deadly turn toward more deadly change.
