I highly recommend this book by Douglas Hamp
JUST OUT!
A great and informative read for anyone from teens to seniors, and that is not easy to accomplish. It is a novel right out of the Bible - turns scripture into a fast-past story that is easy to read and full of scriptural truth. It goes all the way back to the Garden of Eden, explaining many things that you will find absolutely thrilling and will explain much of what is happening in the world right now and what is about to happen!

In my opinion he is the best new Bible thinker in years, and he should be - he went to Hebrew University in Israel, was on staff at Calvary Chapel until he left a couple of years ago, and was a theology professor (but was not contaminated by his theology sojourn)!
