It's quite amazing that the Christian Church has let the Adventists off the hook and allowed them to 'pass' themselves off as Christian. This is inexcusable. Where are the watchmen in the Church? The issue is not merely the Sabbath. No, it goes much deeper than that, and every Adventist pastor knows it.
Many have had enough honesty, integrity and concern for their very souls that they have - after attemptng to change things - left the Adventists. They have written books, etc. and are attempting to warn people. The reason it is so difficult to open the eyes of the people is for the very reason that it is a cult.
Adventism is a cult - a system of such bondage that it is very difficult to get one's eyes opened - and then to actually leave. I've been wanting to address this issue for months but time and priorities have not allowed it. So I am not going to write about. I'll do better than that.
