The present gulf between the earth and heaven will cease to exist as it now is after the Rapture. The Rapture is an incredibly supernatural event and will change almost every law of natural phenomenon, as we now know them. At the Rapture, the Lord of Sabaoth (Lord of a multitude), which is none other than Jesus Christ, and His host of heavenly angels will descend into our atmosphere to receive the raptured saints. They will break and destroy the sound and distance barrier between Heaven and earth and activity between the two will become commonplace. Earth’s population left after the Rapture will be limited to the earth, but the activities of the great Host of Heaven and the glorified saints will easily occur between the two worlds

The same will be true to an expanded degree between the earth and beneath the earth. At the direction of God’s messengers, the hordes of evil spirits festering in hell’s chasms will be turned loose on the earth. Armies of evil creatures, led by Satan’s most vicious lieutenants, will terrorize the population of this world. The Bible does not describe the full extent of this overwhelming truth, but the evidence is certainly clear. The earth will become a battleground between God’s great army and His saints and the dark activities of the unholy trinity; Satan, Antichrist, the False Prophet, and a multitude of fallen angels. The worst event of all will be the unchaining of Satan’s darkest demons that have been bound in hell because of their evil activities on the earth. This earth is in for the darkest period of human history.

Amos cried out under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit and stated, “Woe unto you that desire the day of the LORD! to what end is it for you? the day of the LORD is darkness, and not light. As if a man did flee from a lion, and a bear met him; or went into the house, and leaned his hand on the wall, and a serpent bit him. Shall not the day of the LORD be darkness, and not light? even very dark, and no brightness in it?” (Amos 5:18-20)

There are all kinds of different interpretations about the Tribulation Period following the Rapture. Many deny a Tribulation Period altogether and believe that the world is progressing toward the Millennium. Others have the church still on the earth during the first three and one-half years. Still, others believe in a pre-wrath deception and have the church here until the middle or the second half of the seven years. This would put the church here for five years and three months of the seven years. Amos appeared to be warning anyone that denies or divides the Great Tribulation of seven years. He called it the Day of the Lord and the language clearly forbids dividing it or making any part of it less than complete. It is a specific time and must not be tampered with or changed. No part of the Day of the Lord will be less than a time of utter darkness.

Why Mankind Is So Superstitious

We live in a closed world compared to how it was before sin entered, and how it will be when sin is being judged, and how it will be after that judgment. We are body, soul, and spirit and were created to live in the universe with all of God’s created angelic hosts. God and man had fellowship together before sin entered the human heart. Man also communicated with Lucifer before man sinned and made the choice of believing Satan over God. The fall of man was so devastating that man was forbidden to eat the Tree of Life less he live forever in his sinful state. Man was also forbidden to communicate with Satan or his angels. It is clear that we are forbidden any contact with wizards, fortunetellers, or any of the host of fallen spirit entities.

Anyone trifling with these dark entities becomes subject to their attacks or their destruction. Man has an inward tendency (sin nature) to enjoy and delight in superstitious activities or to contact other worldly creatures. Our world will quickly descend into a new religion after the Rapture, which will be and will satisfy this innate hunger. Satan will take full advantage of the unbelieving multitudes. Already, the descent into this world of spiritual deception is not far from complete. I’m sure it will get worse. A solid Bible-filled life is man’s only hope of escaping the growing and overwhelming invasion of evil spirits before the Rapture. Let’s try to understand what will happen when the "Gates of Hell" are open. First, there must be the Rapture of His saints.

The Rapture: Caught Up To His Throne

Immediately, the moment that John was in the Spirit after He heard the Lord’s invitation, “Come up hither,” he was before the throne of God. My friends, that is time travel at a speed and in a manner unknown to our natural world, but absolutely normal in the world of the spiritual and the Divine. The limitations of flesh and blood are our normal experiences, so we have trouble thinking and understanding the way it will soon become. It’s actually exciting to learn about the future world and to anticipate what our Father has planned for us.

Our resurrection and rapture from this limited world into the glory of His presence fills the fourth and fifth chapters of the Book of Revelation. The twenty and four seats before His throne represent a literal multitude of glorified saints unashamed in the majesty of His presence. We will be center stage before Him and the Bible fully describes the glory of His throne. “And he that sat was to look upon like a jasper and a sardine stone: and there was a rainbow round about the throne, in sight like unto an emerald.” (Revelation 4:3) Then, John describes this multitude prefigured as twenty-four to show both Old Testament saints and New Testament saints. He says of them, “And round about the throne were four and twenty seats: and upon the seats I saw four and twenty elders sitting, clothed in white raiment; and they had on their heads crowns of gold.” (Revelation 4:4) This symbolic number of twenty-four is shown to be a multitude in chapter five. John describes this great company. 

“And I beheld, and I heard the voice of many angels round about the throne and the beasts and the elders: and the number of them was ten thousand times ten thousand, and thousands of thousands; Saying with a loud voice, Worthy is the Lamb that was slain to receive power, and riches, and wisdom, and strength, and honour, and glory, and blessing.” (Revelation 5:11-12)

Mingled with the saints are the living creatures, heavenly principalities, seraphims, cherubims, and His archangels. The entire scene is so far beyond the limited universe, as we have lived our limited fleshly lives, that it appears unreal and beyond comprehension. All of this I write to show you what is about to happen in both Heaven and on earth as we pass into God’s planned future and the end of sin and all of its consequences.

Our Father never intended for our world to be so cheap and full of sorrows. Satan and his rebellious hosts are going to pay the price for turning our world into a wilderness and especially for destroying a great multitude of souls. Do not let the confused theologians tell you that our Heavenly Father planned all the hell that Satan has spewed on mankind. Such a god would not deserve your worship. He left no doubt when He inspirited His Spirit to proclaim by His prophet, “Behold, all souls are mine; as the soul of the father…” (Ezekiel 18:4) Satan is a thief that came to destroy. “The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.” (John 10:10)

Opening The Gates of Hell

Before the Gates of Hells are opened, His saints will be removed and the sacred dead resurrected. Our God has never judged the righteous with the wicked, so this dark period called the Day of the Lord cannot begin without His saints being safe in His secret place. The bride and all the hosts of saints from six thousand years will be well beyond the reach of Satan and his vicious horde. The earth and its atmospheric sphere will be the scene of unfettered wickedness. Satan will be allowed to act almost without limitation until he has finished his last rampage.

The four horses and their riders in Revelation six present the first pictures of what is in store for the earth and its inhabitants. These horses and occupants clearly show us that nothing is normal any longer but that our world is in for a rough ride. A white horse, a red horse, a black horse, and a pale horse are all delivering a woeful picture of this world gone berserk. Nothing about this world will ever be normal again. Some voices have suggested that the first three and one-half years would be great peace and prosperity, but I thoroughly disagree. These four horsemen suggest the exact opposite. The seven years begin with these horses and their riders, and nothing about this picture is peaceful or prosperous. This is one of the main reasons to disprove the mid-Tribulation doctrine of the Firstfruits Rapture. The Lord is not going to leave His Bride here to suffer the effect of these horsemen.

The first horseman is a conqueror and it certainly is not a peaceful takeover. The second horseman takes peace from the earth and hatred and slaughter results. The third horseman is black and famines engulf the world, while the fourth horse is pale and its rider is called Death and Hell (so much for three and one-half years of peace and prosperity). The fifth seal is a picture of a multitude of people who have already been slain by the Antichrist because they embraced Jesus Christ and His Word in the face of having missed the Rapture. By the time the sixth seal is opened, the world is fleeing for a hiding place because the wrath of God has exploded in the world. I believe that by this time in the seven years every living soul will know that the great God of the Bible, the Father of Jesus Christ, is indeed the one and only true God.

“And I beheld when he had opened the sixth seal, and, lo, there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became as blood; And the stars of heaven fell unto the earth, even as a fig tree casteth her untimely figs, when she is shaken of a mighty wind. And the heaven departed as a scroll when it is rolled together; and every mountain and island were moved out of their places. And the kings of the earth, and the great men, and the rich men, and the chief captains, and the mighty men, and every bondman, and every free man, hid themselves in the dens and in the rocks of the mountains; And said to the mountains and rocks, Fall on us, and hide us from the face of him that sitteth on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb: For the great day of his wrath is come; and who shall be able to stand?” (Revelation 6:12-17)

Invasion From Below

The seventh seal was opened and there followed this seal, seven angels with seven trumpets. Everything that is occurring originates in Heaven where Jesus Christ Himself, along with His sainted elders, is directing the events. At the same time all of it is affecting the earth, the atmosphere above, and the world of hell beneath. It’s almost as if there is no separation between Heaven, the earth, and beneath the earth. The activity of the saintly elders and the heavenly host are clearly unhindered in movement between these three spheres of God’s universe. Satan has been cast down with his fallen angels, and they are certainly limited to the earth and beneath the earth.

The earth is about to get a picture of Satan’s real kingdom. He has been a cockroach for 6,000 years, hiding in the dark and fleeing for cover. His cover is about to be blown and his time to hide behind human shields is ending. The world will see the real devil, not a masquerade behind an angelic facade.

First, we need to look at Joel’s prophecy of this future revelation. He wrote by the Holy Ghost, “Blow ye the trumpet in Zion, and sound an alarm in my holy mountain: let all the inhabitants of the land tremble: for the day of the LORD cometh, for it is nigh at hand; day of darkness and of gloominess, a day of clouds and of thick darkness, as the morning spread upon the mountains: a great people and a strong; there hath not been ever the like, neither shall be any more after it, even to the years of many generations. A fire devoureth before them; and behind them a flame burneth: the land is as the garden of Eden before them, and behind them a desolate wilderness; yea, and nothing shall escape them.” (Joel 2:1-3)

Can you believe that the Charismatic deceivers are calling this army, saints, a new breed of saints, establishing the kingdom of God on earth? The doctrine of Dominion Theology, a hybrid form of post-millennialism, left them with no choice but to twist this account into some kind of a criticized army, much like the Catholic Crusaders of the past. My friends, these are devils, demons out of Satan’s kingdom invading the earth. This picture in Joel chapter two is an Old Testament preview of Revelation chapter nine. When the gates of Hell are open, the earth will be turned into a wilderness.

The following activity of this army leaves no doubt to their purpose and character. “Before their face the people shall be much pained: all faces shall gather blackness. They shall run like mighty men; they shall climb the wall like men of war; and they shall march every one on his ways, and they shall not break their ranks: Neither shall one thrust another; they shall walk every one in his path: and when they fall upon the sword, they shall not be wounded. They shall run to and fro in the city; they shall run upon the wall, they shall climb up upon the houses; they shall enter in at the windows like a thief. The earth shall quake before them; the heavens shall tremble: the sun and the moon shall be dark, and the stars shall withdraw their shining: And the LORD shall utter his voice before his army: for his camp is very great: for he is strong that executeth his word: for the day of the LORD is great and very terrible; and who can abide it?” (Joel 2:6-11)

The same scene is vividly revealed in John’s Revelation received from Jesus Christ our Lord. “And the fifth angel sounded, and I saw a star fall from heaven unto the earth: and to him was given the key of the bottomless pit. And he opened the bottomless pit; and there arose a smoke out of the pit, as the smoke of a great furnace; and the sun and the air were darkened by reason of the smoke of the pit. And there came out of the smoke locusts upon the earth: and unto them was given power, as the scorpions of the earth have power. And it was commanded them that they should not hurt the grass of the earth, neither any green thing, neither any tree; but only those men which have not the seal of God in their foreheads.” (Revelation 9:1-4) 

This army out of the bottomless pit is evil spirits, fallen angels that have been reserved in hell and prepared for this future dark hour. Jude stated, “And the angels which kept not their first estate, but left their own habitation, he hath reserved in everlasting chains under darkness unto the judgment of the great day.” (Jude 1:6) Apostle Peter also gave testimony concerning these fallen angels and their future, reserved for the Day of the Lord or judgment time on earth. “For if God spared not the angels that sinned, but cast them down to hell, and delivered them into chains of darkness, to be reserved unto judgment.” (II Peter 2:4)

The fallen angels make up the entire world of evil spirits and the total host of Satan’s army. It is clear that this army is divided into two groups. One group, probably the largest, is free to roam with Satan and carry on his business. The other company, which has been bound because of dark despicable deeds, are awaiting judgment of this earth. The second group is comprised of those we see in Jude verse six, II Peter chapter two and verse four, and in Revelation chapter nine. These spirits are reserved for judgment and will be loosed on earth to vent their festered wrath on earth’s godless multitude.

Please remember that the kingdom of Satan will be in utter disarray. His fallen angels that rebelled with him will turn on the host of men and women who have given allegiance to him on earth. The creatures out of the bottomless pit cannot attack men, women, and children that have the seal of God in their forehead so they attack the rest of the population. Look at a deception of their powers to torment and work havoc. “And to them it was given that they should not kill them, but that they should be tormented five months: and their torment was as the torment of a scorpion, when he striketh a man. And in those days shall men seek death, and shall not find it; and shall desire to die, and death shall flee from them. And the shapes of the locusts were like unto horses prepared unto battle; and on their heads were as it were crowns like gold, and their faces were as the faces of men.(Revelation 9:5-7) The Tribulation Period is not going to be a free ride for the wicked. The wrath of God is manifest on one side and the anger and vented wrath of demons is manifest on the other side. It will literally be hell on earth.

The demons fit the developing character of our present world. They appear to be half-men and half-women and the male population of the earth and even the church is well on its way to fitting that mold. The Word of God says, “And they had hair as the hair of women, and their teeth were as the teeth of lions.” (Revelation 9:8) Notice their activities, “And they had breastplates, as it were breastplates of iron; and the sound of their wings was as the sound of chariots of many horses running to battle. And they had tails like unto scorpions, and there were stings in their tails: and their power was to hurt men five months. And they had a king over them, which is the angel of the bottomless pit, whose name in the Hebrew tongue is Abaddon, but in the Greek tongue hath his name Apollyon.” (Revelation 9:9-11) These are clearly demons, fallen angels under the leadership of a satanic lieutenant, named Abaddon or Apollyon. The name of this ruler of darkness as Apostle Paul called him is frightening in itself.

Immediately, the Holy Ghost issues a warning to the earth’s population, “One woe is past; and, behold, there come two woes more hereafter.” (Revelation 9:12)

Beneath the City of Babylon

Then, the sixth angel sounds the trumpet and the very center of Satan’s historic activity comes into play. The Great River Euphrates originally flowed under the walls of Babylon. The Tower of Babel was on its banks or very near. The omnipresent office of the Holy Spirit is all that restrains the evil that still operates in this geographical area. When we understand that the center of evil is manifest in the very heart of the Middle East and the Arab nations, there is no wonder of the terrorism and evil being revealed in our present time. Please note that these spirits are bound in prison, but there are spirits operating worldwide already that are not bound and the activity of the unbound evil world has a special affinity for this historic evil connection. There will be no lasting peace in the Middle East because of this overabundance of interest and connection. Much of the Arab world is in total deception to this fact. The Muslim religion is clearly a devil’s religion controlled by his evil rulers of darkness.

In the Tribulation Period, it will be time for this Euphrates and Iraq connection to be fully revealed. Let’s watch the picture unfold. “And the sixth angel sounded, and I heard a voice from the four horns of the golden altar which is before God, Saying to the sixth angel which had the trumpet, Loose the four angels which are bound in the great river Euphrates. And the four angels were loosed, which were prepared for an hour, and a day, and a month, and a year, for to slay the third part of men. And the number of the army of the horsemen were two hundred thousand thousand: and I heard the number of them.” (Revelation 9:13-16)

This multitude of spirits numbers a minimum of two hundred million (200,000,000). They slay one third of earth’s population. The first group of spirits that was loosed out of hell was restrained from killing, but this horde will be more unrestrained and bloodthirsty. They appear to bring hell up out of the earth with them, along with fire and brimstone. “And thus I saw the horses in the vision, and them that sat on them, having breastplates of fire, and of jacinth, and brimstone: and the heads of the horses were as the heads of lions; and out of their mouths issued fire and smoke and brimstone. By these three was the third part of men killed, by the fire, and by the smoke, and by the brimstone, which issued out of their mouths. For their power is in their mouth, and in their tails: for their tails were like unto serpents, and had heads, and with them they do hurt.” (Revelation 9:17-19)

The picture is clear that this is God’s unleashed wrath using the anger of fallen angels against the kingdom and world of Satan and his army. Their time of judgment will have come to full power as demons destroy the godless. The cup of wrath is running over and the last fling of evil before the one thousand year reign of the kingdom of Jesus Christ is at hand. At this time Satan will have finally been fully exposed to the entire earth’s population. Look at the description of wicked men that will still refuse to repent and believe in the cleansing Blood of Jesus Christ even after a full revelation of Satan and his offense against the great omnipotent God of Christianity and all humankind. “And the rest of the men which were not killed by these plagues yet repented not of the works of their hands, that they should not worship devils, and idols of gold, and silver, and brass, and stone, and of wood: which neither can see, nor hear, nor walk: Neither repented they of their murders, nor of their sorceries, nor of their fornication, nor of their thefts.” (Revelation 9:20-21)

I have recently realized that man has become so evil that he no longer needs Satan and his evil spirits to be godless. May I say that much of our world population has become human devils themselves? Any person can serve the devil so long and with abandonment that they become one in nature with him. That is the picture that we see in this last hour before the final judgment is complete.

Conclusion

The entire period of the Seven Years of the Great Tribulation will be “Hell on Earth.” After the kingdom of Satan is cast out of the heavens above and his demon spirits arise out of his stronghold beneath the world, will be caught in the results. Satan will know he has but a short time (Revelation 12:12), and he will go forth against every conceivable enemy of his evil intents.

It should be easy to get men and women to do anything necessary to escape this coming dark period. Instead the world is looking for any theological system that denies the plain truth as revealed in Scripture. When men should be preparing for the Rapture and the one and only way out of this coming judgment, they are concocting new theories of End Time events. We could blame Satan, but the Bible is too plain and too available. It is the Father’s will that all should be saved. His blood will cleanse any soul that truly repents and His Holy Spirit will speak to any heart that says, “I’m ready to listen.”

The War Against God Is Gripping Our World

The clouds of war are gathering all over our world, but it’s not just a war of guns and missiles, it is war against God, the Creator Himself.

The Holy Ghost warned us in the prophesies of David. He wrote,“Why do the heathen rage, and the people imagine a vain thing? The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against the LORD, and against his anointed, saying, Let us break their bands asunder, and cast away their cords from us.” (Psalms 2:1-3) From entertainment to the high courts of America, the blasphemous world is staging a war against God. The atheists, liberals, and apostate Christians all want a life without restraints and without the fear of judgment for sin. The words “Merry Christmas,” must become “Happy Holiday”, the Ten Commandments must be out of public sight, the preachers must remain behind closed sanctuary doors, and everything else must be stripped of morals. If God won’t die, then at least the world wants His mouth shut.

Turn on the news and even conservative “Fox News” is stripped of morals. One of their stars, Bill O’Reilly, comes unglued if someone declares they believe in the Bible as the standard of living. When Bible-believing people are routinely criticized or treated as morons, war is being waged against God, not the individuals. While I deplore the God hating organizations like “American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU),” “People for the American Way,” “National Organization of Women,” “National Education Association,” and their many counterparts, the biggest problem in this war is liberal and apostate Christianity. Let’s try to understand both the secular and the religious facts about this war against God.

First, do I need to tell you who is going to win? God Himself has plainly stated, “The earth is the Lord’s and the fullness thereof.” (Psalm 24:1) If you have read the last chapter of His infallible Word, you already know that He will have the last word and will be victorious. He said by His Spirit, “He that sitteth in the heavens shall laugh: the Lord shall have them in derision. Then shall he speak unto them in his wrath, and vex them in his sore displeasure.” (Psalm 2:4-5)

“The LORD shall reign for ever, even thy God, O Zion, unto all generations. Praise ye the LORD.” (Psalm 146:10) A Bible-believing Christian should not fear, be anxious, or trouble himself over our glorious future. The future of this earth and every saint of God is star-studded and breathtaking. Write it down in your book and walk with God in peace and hope.

The Facts about this War Against God

Americans must wake up and join this war that our enemy has engaged. Our God is going to win in the end, but the Bible makes it plain that your victory on a personal level is yours to fight. The devil has no power but what you either give him by choice or what you allow him by default. He has the right to engage you and stand against you and you have the responsibility to resist him or he wins. The world is loaded with wrecked lives because they did not join in the war to stop their enemy. Your family needs a priest that stands in the door of your home and says, “Wait a minute, devil. I’m in charge around here.” The church must have pastors and elders that refuse the enemy’s efforts to destroy. Even the nation needs Godly prophets and prayer warriors that lead the charge against the destroyer. In each battle that is engaged, somebody wins, and the choice is ours.

The American Civil Liberties Union

This atheistic misnamed outfit has done more to destroy America than any other organization. It is not American but clearly anti-God. They have led the charge to remove every manger scene, every word of prayer, every affirmation of our Biblical heritage, and every expression of God from the public arena of our nation. They look for schools to sue over some benign expression of the Christian faith. They support the entire homosexual/lesbian agenda, the absolute right to kill unborn babies, and the rights of children over their parents. This organization has worked tirelessly to defeat conservative judges from even receiving a fair hearing. Their goal is to dominate every judge in America and strip our nation of judicial morality and constitutional honesty. It’s a battle to the teeth, and we have not realized that it is a spiritual war unequated by God’s saints.

Joining this organization is the People for the American Way, another misnamed group. Their goals are perfectly matched with the ACLU and groups like the National Organization of Women and the National Educators Association. These four groups represent almost the entire liberal wing of America. There are certainly hundreds of similar groups competing with these four to see which can be the most evil and damaging. Their greatest triumph is when they can defeat a Biblical idea or stop some great expression of faith. What a clever job they have done in their war on God while the church in America has been sleeping. Wake up!

We are experiencing some wonderful wins. Liberals succeeded in forcing the post offices in Montgomery County, Texas, to remove a framed picture of our flag, which included the motto, “In God We trust.” That is, except for one postmaster who refused, saying, “over my dead body.” Her stand caused the necessary attention all the way to Washington, DC. Now, the United States Postal Service has had 38,000 pictures of the Statue of Liberty, which include “In God We Trust,” framed to hang in every post office in America. While President,George Bush signed into law a bill reaffirming the words, “In God We Trust,” as our national motto. This is a war we lose only when we do not join in the battle.

The Killing of the Unborn

“Killing unborn children is not a matter of a woman’s right, but a matter of a war against God. Every created human, whether in the mother’s womb or in the mother’s arms, is an eternal soul created by the Creator. A person that supports abortion is an enemy of God. There is no other way to say it. The Bible makes it plain that children are known from the mother’s womb. John the Baptist was filled with the Holy Ghost when Elizabeth was six months with child. “For he shall be great in the sight of the Lord, and shall drink neither wine nor strong drink; and he shall be filled with the Holy Ghost, even from his mother’s womb.” (Luke 1:15) The presence of the Son of Man in Mary’s womb was the very source of John being filled in Elizabeth’s womb. All our physical parts are known before we are conceived and listed in His book of human substance. Listen. “For thou hast possessed my reins: thou hast covered me in my mother’s womb. I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvellous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well. My substance was not hid from thee, when I was made in secret, and curiously wrought in the lowest parts of the earth. Thine eyes did see my substance, yet being unperfect; and in thy book all my members were written, which in continuance were fashioned, when as yet there was none of them.” (Psalm 139:13-16) To war against the unborn is to wage war against their Creator.

The Faith in Public Life

It has become clear that liberals love religion but hate the God of Holy Scripture. Once they were able to stop prayer in public schools and to demand the removal of the Ten Commandments, their attitude began to change. Now, they are demanding that Islam be studied and allowed as a faith issue in public life. They want all religions to be accepted as equal. This reduces Christianity to an empty idea on par with all religions. In this case, God is no longer a threat because He has lost His capital “G.” They do not mind God with a little “g” because then He has no authority to set moral standards on their lives. It is nothing but war against the one and true God.

Because the constitution is a Biblical document clearly based on Biblical principles, it must be destroyed. The war against God includes the war against the Bill of Rights and the United States Constitution. Individual rights are a Biblical matter and anathema to the liberal agenda. Capitol punishment is a Biblical deterrent to the destruction of innocent lives and must be forever destroyed. This unbridled warfare is a tool to create complete government domination over the populace of the people. Biblical government “of the people” cannot rightly take the wealth of the taxpayers to pass it out to whomever they choose. Every liberal issue is a Biblical issue. 

The liberals do not just want more government control; they want total government control because that is the Babylonian idea of one-world control. It is war against God and if they win, God’s kingdom loses. This cannot happen except in a limited fashion and for a limited time. But, if and when it does happen, you have nothing less than the horrors experienced by the Soviet Union until it destroys itself. The liberals of America will destroy this nation unless they are stopped. And the only reason they can win is if we fail to engage them in a spiritual battle by the power of God and His Word. Wake up, my friends, and join the war.

The Religious War Against God

As bad as it is to watch the liberal crowd rage war against truth, it is even worse to watch the church world do the same. Removing the Ten Commandments from public life would have ended long ago if the church had not followed suit. Removing prayer from our public schools could not have succeeded if the church had not stopped praying. A church on its knees can change every aspect of its society. It’s invincible. Now, the liberal churches in America are anti-God and apparently unaware of their sick condition. The evangelicals and fundamentalists are following suit at neck-break speed. Religious television has an incurable disease. The theology of church life has slowly changed to sociology. The hottest model for ministry is now the “Sin Friendly and Rock Music” model and is nothing but sociology with an empty prayer. It will soon fall on its own head and, unless we awake, be replaced with something worse. Liberalism always follows the normal course of social evolution, going down, down, down until invaded by God’s people joining the war against their God. Remember, prayer is our first offense.

“Feel Good” church is not Biblical church at all. God’s Word in God’s pulpit is “like a hammer that breaketh the rock in pieces.” (Jeremiah 23:29) There is no such thing as a soft and mushy Christian church, and when a church proposes this idea, they are in a war against God, not for Him. Soft religion is worse than no religion. I’d rather be in a bar room than a liberal church. “Feel good” religion puts the saints to sleep so the liberals can take control of public life. It’s all part of Satan’s schemes.

The Evangelical World

The “Rick Warren” model has invaded many evangelical churches even though it is a liberal idea saturated with liberal thinking. At the same time, many other ideas are infiltrating the evangelical church world. This also includes Pentecostal and fundamental churches. Let’s look at a few of the worst of these ideas.

Religious Rock, Rap, Etc.

It’s hard to believe that the Rock music industry could so quickly become acceptable in what used to be Biblical churches. First, let me make it plain that rock music of every type, secular or religious, is in a war against God. Listen at the wild and undisciplined sounds, look at the unkempt and unruly appearance of the singers and try to hear the incomprehensible words and then fool yourself by calling it anything but war. It’s war against sensibility, war against discipline, war against sound reason, and it’s war against spiritual mindedness. The religious rock world is only a short span behind the secular. Almost every religious rock group gets their inspirations, some of their lyrics and, especially, their sounds from the most godless rock singers in the industry. Quit fooling yourself by calling this anything but war against God.

DC Talk

DC Talk is one of the biggest religious rock groups spreading the venom of the Antichrist. One of their releases is named “Jesus Freak.” Toby McKeehan will often open their concerts screaming, “Welcome to the Freak Show!” The Dallas Morning News reported one adult at a DC Talk concert as saying, “This is just like the Beatles.” Of course it is. The “religious” groups are copying the secular groups. DC Talk has actually opened up concerts with a Beatles’ song. Another song by one of the worst Antichrist groups, “All Apologies,” which was written by Kurt Cobain, is used on the DC Talk freak shows. Kurt Cobain is reported as decorating his home with blood splattered baby dolls hanging by the neck. The very album from which DC Talk got this song was named “Nirvana.” It has a picture of “chopped up babies.” Do not think that DC Talk is spreading the gospel unless you believe Satan has his own “false” gospel.

Jars of Clay

This “religious” rock group is another that easily moves between the world of satanic rock and their own world of so-called “Christian” rock. They actually sing one of Ozzy Osbourne’s songs during their concerts. Nobody doubts that Ozzy Osbourne is one of the most evil personalities in America and beyond. The name of this song is “Crazy Times.” They could not have found it without listening to Osbourne’s album and loving it enough to adopt it for themselves. Even a secular newspaper has enough sense to see the connection. The Birmingham Post-Herald said, “You’ve got to give Jars of Clay credit for a wicked sense of humor. Why else would they do a languorous, offbeat treatment of Ozzy Osbourne’s ‘Crazy Times’ . . . the former lead singer of Black Sabbath and a man noted for his interest in the occult.” (The Birmingham Post-Herald, August 31, 1996, p. 2A.)

The truth of religious rock is too apparent to be ignored. A church, Christian college, or ministry, who invites these groups, is engaged in the war against God on the wrong side. These kinds of facts can be proved over and over and the remnant of Godly people must rise up to oppose this compromise.

Trendy Religious Movements

The church world has become so jaded to truth that every fresh trend takes the church by storm. People who have a rich relationship with Jesus Christ and are deep lovers of truth deplore these silly things. They do not need them nor want them and are offended by the constant splash that these new ideas make all around them. It is like we have to constantly defend why we do not want to be a part of such superstitious ideas.

The book, God Chasers, is so childish that the very thought is repulsive. Chasing God sounds like some immature kids playing games of marbles. The God that gave His Son to redeem mankind and sent His Holy Spirit to abide in the New Testament temples does not need to be chased. He has already revealed Himself and awaits the surrendered life. I’m sick of such childish games.

Following the God Chasers, we have had to endure the Prayer of Jabez. The Lord’s Prayer has lost its appeal because it does not promise instant gratification. This new trend served to promise the dead church and dead saints a bypass around Biblical fasting and prayer and the supernatural results God’s greats have always enjoyed. A Bible-believing church or believer does not need these emotional hypes. They are detractive rather than inspirational. Anything that supplants the supernatural powers of the Gospel is war against God and must be opposed by the saints.

Islam, Another Front in this War

The religion of Islam has absolutely no kinship to Jehovah God. Every false religion or idol god has behind it forces, spirits, and fallen angels that serve Satan. Allah is none other than the ancient Moon God that arose out of Sumer, the cradle of civilization. Originally, this god was called Nanma and the possible ruins of her first temple can be seen in the desert of Southern Iraq. The city where this ruin is located is called Erech in Genesis 10:10. I visited that archaeological site in 1988. There is a rebuilt temple to Nanma in Ur where Abraham was called to follow God. This temple was seen on the news during the Gulf War with one of Saddam’s fighter planes parked under its shadow.

As paganism progressed, there came to be 361 gods in the pantheon of gods represented at Mecca in Saudi Arabia. Mohammad was successful in reducing this list of gods to one deity named Allah. There is great proof to show that the different religions which have been spawned from every idea of false gods has always produced poverty and pain. The spirits of Lucifer are spirits of destruction and they cannot promote lofty and ascending ideas. Their nature is destruction, not construction. Anyone following Allah has the potential of becoming possessed by the spirits that foster this false god. The result of this possession is the very source of the terrorists we are witnessing in Al Quaeda and other terrorist groups. Allowing this religion free reign in America is suicide.

Conclusion

Satan does not just win when people join his world and surrender to his dark lifestyle, but he wins when you raise the white flag in careless living. When you are idle or caught up in self-life, he wins by default. Unless you join the army of Jesus Christ, the devil is going to make mincemeat out of you. Choose to live and lose or choose to fight and win.

Apostasy: Absolute Proof That Jesus Christ Is Soon To Appear

It is an overwhelming experience to look at the “apostasy” in the House of God.

Churches that were bedrock on the Rock are falling into deception like flies. Isaiah described this very hour perfectly. “In transgressing and lying against the LORD, and departing away from our God, speaking oppression and revolt, conceiving and uttering from the heart words of falsehood. And judgment is turned away backward, and justice standeth afar off: for truth is fallen in the street, and equity cannot enter.Yea, truth faileth; and he that departeth from evil maketh himself a prey: and the LORD saw it, and it displeased him that there was no judgment.” (Isaiah 59:13-15) Truth, God’s infallible truth, is lying in the streets.

I began this message with several points to preach about but never got beyond this crucial matter. When the Bible talks about “apostasy” the Holy Ghost is never talking to the world. It is only the church to whom He speaks. And it can only be a church that knows the truth and then turns away. Churches that have no truth in them cannot apostasize. Ministers who were once men of God and full of the Spirit but now are all a show have become apostates. Churches where the Holy Spirit convicted sinners and made saints out of them but are now barren of true transformation have apostasized.

Let’s start with our Bible. The new attitude is that the word absolute or infallible is said to apply only to the original autograph. Now we must search through many different texts to imagine we have made right choices. Fallible men are helpless to discover truth in this fashion. This is why God said He would preserve His Word and warned us to never change one word. I was saved and taught the doctrines of the Bible by a church fellowship that had an infallible Bible. After sixty-two years of serving the Lord and wearing out about one dozen Bibles, I have not changed one great doctrine I was taught. I can say with conviction that my Bible does not contain a single error.

I just read where a noted writer and radio minister said “There is not one single Bible that does not contain errors in the text.” Look at what that ministry is doing to the people that follow him. Look at the numbers of different opinions concerning the End Times, the Rapture, the antiChrist, and every major doctrine of eschatology. I remember when prophesy was simple and plain and everybody trembled just to hear the truths again and again. Now the best way to have a church split is to have a prophecy conference.

The New International Version is absolute heresy. Yet it is the best seller of all Bibles. I have studied its text extensively, and it is nothing but a commentary from mostly apostate, so-called scholars. Look at this text for a lesson in error. Luke spoke of the young lad Jesus and said, “A light to lighten the Gentiles, and the glory of thy people Israel. And Joseph and his mother marveled at those things which were spoken of him.” (Luke 2:32-33 KJV) That is the authorized text. Now look at the apostate text: “a light for revelation to the Gentiles and for glory to your people Israel. The child’s father and mother marveled at what was said about him.” (Luke 2:32-33 NIV) Is it possible to be more apostate? Joseph was not the father of our Lord.

It was Apostle Paul the Holy Ghost used to warn us of this great apostasy we are witnessing. The New Testament church was so expectant of the Lord’s return during its lifetime that they grieved over saints that had died. The return of Christ for His Bride was an imminent matter to them. The Spirit spoke, “Now we beseech you, brethren, by the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and by our gathering together unto him, That ye be not soon shaken in mind, or be troubled, neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by letter as from us, as that the day of Christ is at hand. Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition; Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God.” (II Thessalonians 2:1-4) This is clear proof that the early church was Pre-Tribulational in doctrine.

There were two things that the Spirit said had to happen before the church would be “gathered together unto Him.” One was the “falling away” or the Greek word “apostasy.” The church was going to “turn from the truth” before the Lord would come. Number two: there would be a manifestation of the “fog of the antiChrist.” His deceiving presence would become so evident that his spirit would control the world’s quick slide into deception. Notice I use the term “fog of the antiChrist.” Some Bible teachers have used this scripture to teach a mid or pre-wrath rapture. The revelation of the antiChrist comes in two phases.

First, his coming is hidden in a deceiving fog of spiritual deception. He is everywhere visibly but nowhere bodily. His evil presence is so overwhelming and dominant yet completely hidden from all but a very small remnant. You can see him in the shadows but you cannot get the lukewarm church to look and listen. They are blinded by the spirit of apostasy. This is a perfect picture of our church world.

Apostasy is a powerful form of deception. There are many ways that the unspiritual church is blinded by this darkness. If you study the present church world you will see this deceiving mindset everywhere. It is seen in the sin-friendly church, the relevant church without absolutes, the positive idea that denies all negatives, and many other thoughts that sound so beautiful. Nothing is more impossible for most churches to resist as the new music. The devil and his antiChrist spirit have been successful in presenting a false harlot church as the true movement of end time religion.

The Apostle John saw this great deception in a vision and marveled at its beauty. He was rebuked for his blindness. Why do we expect a different picture today. If the great Apostle John marveled then only God can protect you and me from what is occurring. An angel rebuked John and John described the truth of this event: “And I saw the woman drunken with the blood of the saints, and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus: and when I saw her, I wondered with great admiration. And the angel said unto me, Wherefore didst thou marvel? I will tell thee the mystery of the woman, and of the beast that carrieth her, which hath the seven heads and ten horns.” (Revelation 17:6-7) What a powerful warning for us today.

I am watching and hearing almost every day about another great man or woman or another great church of the past that has fallen into the trap.You will find that the music is usually the first standard to fall. How and what you worship and sing about will decide your theology in a very short time. If your music is generic and absent of absolutes from the Bible, your doctrine will fall in line with your music. I will never forget hearing the music minster at the Pensacola church say to the pastor right in the middle of worship, “Pastor, you could sing these songs to a lover that we are singing in church.” This represents what wrong music does to a worshipping people.

The great text in II Thessalonians chapter two continues to show a perfect picture of the antiChrist spirit that we are witnessing. When the rapture occurs, then the antiChrist beast will appear out of the fog and will rule the world for seven years. John said it very carefully, “And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming: Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders, And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved. And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie: That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.” (II Thessalonians 2:8-12) The church is presently having great pleasure in unrighteousness but the end is near.

Conclusion

You and I have a short space, days or maybe longer, to carefully live in the fire of the Holy Spirit and the truth of the Word of God. John saw this false facade of religion and warned us that this harlot system would be spued out of His mouth: “I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot: I would thou wert cold or hot. So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth.” (Revelation 3:15-16) Most of the present church world is totally unprepared for the rapture.

THE RAPTURE: THE GREATEST UPHEAVAL OF THE NATURAL WORLD by Dr. Joseph Chambers, PAWCREEK

No event that has ever occurred will be more spectacular than the Rapture of the saints. On every front it will defy the wildest imagination of men. Most of this world laughs at the idea of the supernatural powers of God and discounts the possibility. The Book of Genesis’ account of creation has mostly been replaced with some form of natural evolution, even by the church world. But this glorious Rapture will occur and it will be shock and awe. The earth’s population at the time of this event will never forget the display of power and the change it will create.

Nature, as it is presently understood, will begin the process of being totally altered. The physical realm between heaven, the earth, and beneath the earth will be completely changed. Presently there is a gulf or separation between these separate entities, but that appears to vanish almost immediately. The many events during the Seven Years of the Great Tribulation will bring God’s world back to a form of openness similar to what we see in the Genesis picture of creation. The Spirit/spirit world, both from above and beneath, will be open on the earth.

Saints in Heaven will be directly involved in events on the earth. Evil spirits will arise out of the deep and do great harm to the wicked population. The evil characters which are portrayed in a growing number of films, books, and games are Satan’s preparation to make you comfortable with his “coming world order.” 

Not only is the Rapture an incredible display of Holy Ghost power, it is a picture of nature as we now know it turned on its head. Of course, what really occurs is that even nature is going to be redeemed and the new natural world will be completely transformed to a pure and transcending one. The Rapture is actually the beginning of this exploding process. Isaiah saw this picture and prophesied of it occurring. Look at his words of hope, “Thy dead men shall live, together with my dead body shall they arise. Awake and sing, ye that dwell in dust: for thy dew is as the dew of herbs, and the earth shall cast out the dead. Come, my people, enter thou into thy chambers, and shut thy doors about thee: hide thyself as it were for a little moment, until the indignation be overpast. For, behold, the LORD cometh out of his place to punish the inhabitants of the earth for their iniquity: the earth also shall disclose her blood, and shall no more cover her slain.” (Isaiah 26:19-21)

When you consider that the natural results of sin is death and the complete decay of those dead bodies and then we look at the graves losing all power against the righteous dead, it presents a new day. The dust of decayed dead bodies appears to start singing while the resurrection is occurring. When you understand that our DNA, as now understood by scientists, has proven that each cell of a body has the entire code for that entire body, it is not hard to believe this Scripture.

We now see the earth as capturing the body of the dead and returning it to dust, but Isaiah saw the future when the earth “shall cast out the dead.” The whole earth was created to be a supernatural world, but sin reduced nature to be a slave to death. When that slavery is broken, even the earth will echo the praises of God just as Heaven now is filled with His praises. This prophecy by Isaiah is just a little picture of how all creation is going to become a source of His divine will instead of a cursed place. It begins at the Rapture, but will be completed by the end of the Tribulation Period when Jesus returns to set up His kingdom.

Isaiah’s prophecy shows clearly that the entire picture of sin will be changed during this period. People are able to hide sin for a season and appear to escape its consequences. Blood is often split and some people never get caught but that day ends at the Rapture. I repeat the words, “The earth also shall disclose her blood and shall no more cover her slain.” That’s breathtaking truth, my friends. When the “Lord comes out of His place to punish the inhabitants (the wicked) of the earth,” there will be no more hiding. It is said that even the natural earth will “no more cover her slain.” As earth experiences redemption, it will refuse to be a hiding place for the wicked. It was said concerning the wickedness which Israel faced when conquering the promise land “that the earth vomited out the inhabitants.”

This pure earth will become so delightful that “the reapers will overtake the sowers.” The curse with which our earth is presently defined, is already showing desperate signs of travail. Apostle Paul spoke of this to the Romans. “Because the creature itself also shall be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the glorious liberty of the children of God. For we know that the whole creation groaneth and travaileth in pain together until now. And not only they, but ourselves also, which have the firstfruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting for the adoption, to wit, the redemption of our body.” (Romans 8:21-23)

When you harmonize statesman Isaiah’s prophecy with Apostle Paul’s inspiration, you see an emerging picture of a new world. It is a world where sin is so unwelcome that even nature exposes its rebellion. The Scripture states clearly, “… the earth shall be full of the knowledge of the LORD, as the waters cover the sea.” (Isaiah 11:9) It also states that nature refuses rain for anyone that does not properly worship the King of Kings. (Zechariah 14:17) This old earth is very soon to be a praise to its Creator.

All Wicked Spirits will be exposed and judged. The world of fallen angels is soon to be utterly opened and revealed for this world to experience and witness as they are judged. The Rapture removes the saints that have been faithful overcomers and Godly in their lifestyle so the world can be exposed to God’s perfect wrath and judgment. The very central events of the seven years of wrath will be against Satan and his horde of wicked spirits. They must become visible for the world to see so their destruction can be plain and known to all.

Hell in the heart of the earth is presently a prison of the wicked, including demons bound for the past millenniums When the gates between the abode of these diabolical creatures and earth are flung wide no one will doubt the depth in which Satan’s army has fallen. These creatures chose to leave their abode of righteousness and praise to the great God and to follow Satan in his pride and rebellion. There is no bottom to sin and this crowd will represent the worse of the evil one. As they are turned loose on this planet, they will cause the earth to be become a wasteland of immorality and brutality. The Rapture of the saints actually prepares the earth by removing the “Bride in waiting” and the restraining powers of the Holy Ghost. This removal opens the door for the revelation and the manifestation of the wicked one.

Apostle Paul describes this preparation for wickedness. “That ye be not soon shaken in mind, or be troubled, neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by letter as from us, as that the day of Christ is at hand. Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition; Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God. Remember ye not, that, when I was yet with you, I told you these things? And now ye know what withholdeth that he might be revealed in his time. For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who now letteth will let, until he be taken out of the way. And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming.” (II Thessalonians 2:2-8)

We must tell the world of this wicked days that cannot be far in the future; in fact, it could begin any day. The only lack of preparation for this horde of evil beings to invade this earth is the “removal of the saints and the resurrection of the righteous dead.” The earth cannot be stripped of the embedded powers of wickedness until the Godly saints that have died are removed out of her grip.

Satan and his fallen angels are a lot more involved in natural phenomena than most people imagine. Nature was created perfect and every act of nature was designed to enhance the lives of mankind. The travail and natural catastrophes of all nature are the results of sin. Satan alone kills, steals, and destroys. “Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above…” (James 1:17) After the Pre-Tribulation Rapture, the natural earth will see the ultimate acts of a system turned loose to manifest its final throbs of death. “So mightily grew the word of God and prevailed.” (Acts 19:20) This is our God intervening to cleanse and purify the physical systems that were created as part of His earth.

The Antichrist will have such control prior to the Father’s intervention that He causes fire to come down upon the earth. Note the words of John the Revelator, “And he exerciseth all the power of the first beast before him, and causeth the earth and them which dwell therein to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed. And he doeth great wonders, so that he maketh fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men, And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast; saying to them that dwell on the earth, that they should make an image to the beast, which had the wound by a sword, and did live. And, he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed.” (Revelation 13:12-15) It appears that for a brief time Satan will have almost complete control of earth’s natural powers and will use them to try and make himself “god.” He certainly has been cast out of Heaven at this time, but will still have paranormal powers to use nature for his evil design. As great as deception is present, it will be much greater in this final episode.

The Evil Spirits Will Be Loosed for a Season

Revelation chapter nine is a final picture of these diabolical beings turned loose. Please understand that the natural world is presently preserved with a clear limitation imposed on these dark creatures. The entire picture of the “Restrainer” that holds wickedness at bay so that it cannot overrun the earth is a present reality. As dark as Satan’s powers are presently, they are restrained. But, the glorious Rapture changes all of this truth. The “Restrainer” cannot be anyone but the Holy Ghost. This has been one of his offices for all of human existence. Isaiah clearly describes this office. “So shall they fear the name of the LORD from the west, and his glory from the rising of the sun. When the enemy shall come in like a flood, the Spirit of the LORD shall lift up a standard against him.” (Isaiah 59:19)

When the Restrainer is removed at the Rapture, then nature will experience an upheaval. The enemy has longed for a day in which he can be the god of the world with a free hand. He is already the “god of this world,” but he does not have a free hand. In his end time vision John saw this evil serpent, Satan, as he is cast down to this earth for this short period. “And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night. And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death. Therefore rejoice, ye heavens, and ye that dwell in them. Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! for the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time.” (Rev. 12:10-12)

I wish I could paint a picture to show these hordes of spirits arising out of hell on this earth. I’m preaching a sermon on the title, “The Rapture: Turning Hell Loose on This Earth.” Look at this picture as described in Revelation. “And the fifth angel sounded, and I saw a star fall from heaven unto the earth: and to him was given the key of the bottomless pit. And he opened the bottomless pit; and there arose a smoke out of the pit, as the smoke of a great furnace; and the sun and the air were darkened by reason of the smoke of the pit. And there came out of the smoke locusts upon the earth: and unto them was given power, as the scorpions of the earth have power. And it was commanded them that they should not hurt the grass of the earth, neither any green thing, neither any tree; but only those men which have not the seal of God in their foreheads. And to them it was given that they should not kill them, but that they should be tormented five months: and their torment was as the torment of a scorpion, when he striketh a man. And in those days shall men seek death, and shall not find it; and shall desire to die, and death shall flee from them.” (Revelation 9:1-6)

These creatures, which are described as “locusts,” are given in the language of types. The locust insect is a type because of the utter destruction they cause. They strip whatever they attack and leave nothing behind. The Scripture states clearly that these spirits from hell are turned loose to attack the Antichrist kingdom. An amazing is that Satan’s activities become his own destruction. This has always been true, but now we see it in the final form. There will be servants of God that have washed themselves in the blood of the Lamb and they will have the seal of God in their forehead. While they cannot be attacked by these locust demons, they will certainly be terrorized by a world in which such action is commonplace.

The entire Tribulation Period is so horrible that Jesus Christ warned us to be careful and diligent to escape this dark day. He stated that if not for the shortening of these days no one would escape. “For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be. And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect’s sake those days shall be shortened.” (Matthew 24:21-22)

Luke recorded his words of warning that we might escape. “And take heed to yourselves, lest at any time your hearts be overcharged with surfeiting, and drunkenness, and cares of this life, and so that day come upon you unawares. For as a snare shall it come on all them that dwell on the face of the whole earth. Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man.” (Luke 21:34-36) Listen to the apostate crowd that says going in the Rapture is a piece of cake if you want to be careless but only at your peril.

Conclusion

This old earth is running down. Its depletion is clearly causing travail in nature, weather patterns, and certainly in the dire warning you hear by the environmentalist crowd. It is impossible not to feel the sense of looming crisis and trouble. Nature is still in God’s ultimate control but He is allowing warning to suggest the coming change. It’s the best of times for the saints and the worse of times for the careless and the godless.

Lift up your heads if you are ready and quickly surrender to the Lord Jesus Christ if you are not ready. It is very clear in Scripture that He is coming for the saintly that have forsaken all to follow Him. Apostle Paul said it best. “Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it; That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word, That he might present it to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish.” (Ephesians 5:25-27) The Bride will be that great company of people who rejected the appeals of the world and were faithful to Him alone.
