The Pope desires David’s tomb

Israel may not transfer the site to the Vatican outright, but it might allow more Roman Catholic control over the site.

On Orthodox Jew is crying at the tomb of King David, soon to be controlled by the Vatican.

Israel’s envoy to the Vatican denied Wednesday that there is a deal in the works to transfer the ownership of King David’s Tomb to the Church.

But Rabbi Yaakov Sevilla, an activist for King David’s Tomb who has told Arutz Sheva previously that there is such a deal at play, insisted once against Wednesday that a deal is in the works – one which gives the Church more control over the site.

Rabbi Sevilla was asked to open a room at the complex recently, ahead of a conference with Tourism Minister Uzi Landau and other officials over Pope Francis’s upcoming visit. The Holy See is already scheduled to hold Mass at the site during the two-day visit, in the Cenacle, or room alleged to be the site of Jesus’s Last Supper, one floor above King David’s Tomb.

Rabbi Sevilla opened the door and was shocked to allow multiple staffs into the room, including several representatives from the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO), the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA), the Ministry of Tourism, security forces, and the Jerusalem municipality. Sevilla sat in the corner of the room to listen in on the hearing.

Most Jews do not understand that Roman Catholicism is not true Christianity. Can we blame them, when a lot of “Christian” leaders fail to understand this?

The failure of the PLO to trick Israel into the Islamic “peace plan”, increase the powers of the Pope.  The head of the Roman Catholic religion seems to be lifted up as the ultimate “peace broker” for the Middle East. The Israeli government has increasingly been haling the “Holy see” as a true friend of the Jewish people. To follow up this kind of political rhetoric. Jerusalem might hand over some religious sites to the Pope, to strengthen the Popes position in the “Holy land”. When the tomb of David is handed over to the Pope, the abomination of the “jumping Jesus” has 
arrived.  The Eucharist will be eaten, and the Messiah defamed in one of the holy sites of Judaism.

The One World religion is eventually rolling into the city of David. The arrival of the last and final antichrist is just around the corner.

ISRAEL Why Jerusalem Renters Are Wary of Messiah’s Arrival Many Jerusalem residents believe not only that the Messiah will return, but that his arrival is imminent—so imminent they have taken legal precautions to ensure they can return to Jerusalem immediately upon his return.   In apartment contracts around the city, there are clauses stipulating what will happen to the apartment if or when the Jewish Messiah, or mashiach, comes. The owners, generally religious Jews living abroad, are concerned that he will arrive, build a third temple, and turn Israel into paradise—and they will be stuck waiting for their apartment tenants’ contracts to run out before they can move back.   It is prophesied in the Jewish scriptures that there will be no more war, murder, or theft, the Jerusalem Temple will be rebuilt (all that remains today is the Western Wall), and all the Jews will return to the land of Israel upon his arrival. This period is known as Olam Haba, or the World to Come.   Because rental contracts are handled privately, rather than by the municipality, there is no count of how many leases in Jerusalem contain such a clause. An area collapsed near the western wall of the Al-Aqsa Mosque late Tuesday. Arabs blamed Israel.

An area collapsed near the western wall of the Al-Aqsa Mosque in Jerusalem late Tuesday, reported the Turkish Anadolu news agency.

An eyewitness told the agency that the collapse occurred near the Bab as Silsila, on the western part of the mosque.

It is the second collapse near the western wall within five years, Cum'a Usayle, an eyewitness, told Anadolu.

"The collapse has caused a deep hole there. It is dangerous for the Al-Aqsa Mosque. It poses danger especially for children and women," he said.

The report claimed that no security precautions around the area have been taken by Israeli officials so far, nor has there been a statement about the incident.

The Al-Aqsa Foundation and Cultural Heritage Organization accused Israel, as it usually does, of paving the way for demolishing the Al-Aqsa Mosque by “building new settlements and digging dozens of tunnels.”

Arabs continuously accuse Israel of "Judaizing" the Temple Mount, sometimes resorting to ridiculous propaganda such as accusing Israel of using chemicals to erode the foundations of the mosque in order to cause it to collapse.

At the same time the Waqf, which was left in charge of the Temple Mount after Israel liberated it during the 1967 Six Day War, consistently destroys Jewish antiquities on the compound in a direct violation of a ruling by the Supreme Court.

The Waqf has removed every sign of ancient Jewish presence at the site. At the entrance to the Temple Mount, a Waqf sign says, “The Al-Aqsa Mosque courtyard and everything in it is Islamic property.”

Palestinian Authority Chairman Mahmoud Abbas several months ago accused Israel of trying to “destroy” the Al-Aqsa Mosque by allowing Jews to pray on the Temple Mount.

Speaking to a Saudi-based newspaper, Abbas said that "the Al-Aqsa Mosque is in danger," claiming that Israel prevents PA Arabs from praying at the mosque, while allowing “extremist Jews" to worship there. This, he claimed, is proof that Israel has a "malicious" and dangerous plan to destroy the mosque and rebuild the “false” Holy Temple in its place, as he put it.

Most recently, Jordanian King Abdullah II added fuel to the ongoing debate over Jerusalem and the Temple Mount, when he told visiting Muslim and Christian dignitaries from Jerusalem that he will continue his efforts to “safeguard” Islamic and Christian sites in the holy city of Jerusalem from what so-called "Judaization."
