Evil leaders have a tendency to enter hospitals, suffer comas, 'die,' or hop Greyhounds to Illinois when they are boxed in, when the people are demanding answers, and when they have billions or trillions of dollars (or yuan) which needs to be quickly gotten out of Dodge.
I would expect to see more sick (evil) world leaders ... in every sense of the Word.
