4. Crop
Circles – Modern crop circles have been appearing since the late 1970s and
became well-known in the 1980s, mostly in the United Kingdom, but also in the
United States, Switzerland and two dozen or so other countries.
Crop circles, which are patterns pressed or swirled into fields of crops such as wheat and barley, have become increasingly complex over the years. Many appear to show planetary alignments, and crop circle researchers have attempted to interpret what they might mean. The circles usually materialize overnight, though some witnesses have claimed to see crop circles being formed in the daytime, accompanied by balls of light or a kind of mist.
In 1991, British pub-hoppers Doug Bower and Dave Chorley, both in their 60s at the time, claimed they were responsible for all the crop circles and had been hoaxing them since 1978 using planks and string. About 250 crop circles had been discovered in England by then, which meant the mischievous duo had been creating about two dozen per year. By that time, some 2,000 crop circles had appeared all over the world.
Scientists and de-bunkers gleefully announced that the crop circle phenomenon had been successfully explained, despite the fact that Chorley and Bower had never been caught during their nocturnal destruction of crops and their attempts to duplicate even simple crop circles were pathetically off the mark.
Since then, crop circle competitions have yielded impressive patterns, lending weight to the assertion that crop circles are nothing but practical jokes or clever advertising – which many of them are.
Still, crop circle investigators say the idea that all crop circles have terrestrial origins is absurd, due to their complexity, changes in cell structure of the plants, the fact that hoaxers seldom step forward to claim bragging rights, and eyewitness testimony.
If at least a portion of crop circles are not man-made, who creates them and for what purpose? Some say UFOs are responsible. Others insist that the Earth itself is sending humans a warning. Still others believe they are produced with secret government technology.
For Christians, crop circles present a dilemma, and most believers seem to go with the hoax theory. Some, however, think they might be part of the “signs on the Earth” spoken of in Acts 2:19, or that they are generated by angels – either God’s or Satan’s.
For now, despite debunkers’ confident claims, the source of at least some crop circles remains a mystery.
5. Unprecedented government preparation for an unnamed threat – There is so much evidence of unparalleled government disaster prep that it would require a much longer article to list it all. Here are a few:
(a) The Department of Homeland Security has purchased at least 1.6 billion rounds of ammunition and 2,700 armored personnel carriers of the type used on the battlefield. Experts say the astounding stockpiling of ammo is enough to last 20 years in a full-fledged war.
De-bunkers smirk, snort and maintain that there’s nothing unusual about the government buying plenty of ammo for target practice. The rest of us ask, “Why does Big Brother want all those bullets while at the same time trying to outlaw ammunition and confiscate every kind of firearm from its citizens?”
The mine-resistant armored personnel carriers have been utilized on city streets by police in several mobilizations against armed gunmen. In one confrontation in Roseville, CA, on Oct. 25, hundreds of cops, several aircraft and at least one armored personnel carrier were enlisted to capture an alleged gangster who shot an Immigration Customs Enforcement officer in the leg and injured three other police officers. Residents for blocks around the incident were “locked down” – forbidden to come out of their houses or return to their homes for about nine hours.
Was the response justified? Roseville Police Chief Daniel Hahn said that it was “the biggest police operation of its kind in the region in recent history.” The suspect was a bad apple with a long rap sheet. But the magnitude of the response lends credence to what many people are saying: American police forces are being militarized and citizens are being conditioned to do as they’re told when cops declare an emergency.
Fortunately, many law enforcement officers are Christians. Hopefully they will have enough discernment to know when they’ve gone from “serve and protect” to “subdue and arrest” of law-abiding, patriotic citizens.
(b) The governments of the United States, Canada and Mexico will participate Nov. 13 and 14 in a drill to simulate response to an electric and magnetic frequency (EMF) take down of the power grid. The drill will involve thousands of utility workers and government agencies and more than 150 private businesses.
Such testing is long overdue. The power grid is the foundation of modern civilization. Shut it down for more than a few days and chaos will reign.
By “coincidence”, however, most emergency events in the last dozen years have been preceded by drills that matched almost perfectly the scenario that actually took place. This includes 9/11, the London bombings of 2005, the Sandy Hook school massacre of 2012, the “Batman” theater slaughter of 2012, the shooting rampage Nov. 1 at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) and the mass murders at a youth camp in Norway in 2011. Some drills were being conducted even as the real events unfolded.
The United States, Russia, China and even North Korea are developing EMP (Electromagnetic Pulse) weapons capable of frying electrical and electronic equipment over a wide area, which would bring all activity to a complete halt – no electricity, no communications, no way even to pump fuel into your car.
In addition, the sun itself is one massive EMP weapon, sending solar flares toward Earth frequently, any one of which could knock out the power grid indefinitely. During the “Solar Storm of 1859,” a giant flare from the sun pounded Earth, blowing out telegraph communications in the United States and Europe. A similar incident today would cripple all our modern electric and electronic devices.
The timing of the November EMF drill is interesting, given the proximity of Comet ISON and possibly Planet X. Some people believe ISON is contributing to recent large solar flares which have the potential to knock out the power grid. Regardless, some sort of EMF or EMP event, either natural or man made, is most likely in our future.
(c) The alleged existence of underground bases has been a topic of conversation and controversy for more than 20 years. Supposedly more than 100 such facilities exist, and at least some were constructed as bunkers for the elite to escape the destruction which they know is coming to America.
De-bunkers say all this talk about underground bunkers for the elites is pure bunk. They insist that if underground facilities exist, it’s for the usual reasons – nuclear war, extreme weather and so forth. Those of us without keys to the bunkers won’t know if the rumors are true until the President and his family decide to vacation beneath the Denver Airport, one of the most famous bunker locations.
(d) Is the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) building camps to incarcerate Americans?
Conspiracy nuts say yes, and they have photo and video proof. The government knows that economic collapse and/or revolution is coming and they need camps fenced with barbed wire to contain the rabble.
De-bunkers say that if such camps exist, it’s to house victims of natural disasters.
De-debunkers reply, “You mean the huge calamity they see coming from outer space and aren’t telling us about?”
The US government has become so secretive and invasive – what with NSA spying, Obamacare, a fifth column media, and efforts to disarm citizens – that it’s no wonder many of us believe the worst. The government is not our servant or even our partner; it has become our boss. If you think this government is incapable of planning to imprison American citizens in concentration camps, you haven’t been paying attention.
6. UFO cover-up – Unidentified Flying Objects exist and have been witnessed for centuries. Millions of people alive today have seen unexplainable aircraft. Yet the official government stance is that all such sightings have natural explanations. The military denies it has any evidence of UFOs, that it has recovered alien vehicles and / or bodies, or that it has threatened witnesses into silence. Evidence to the contrary has been documented in millions of pages of research and interviews. Just do a word search on “UFO cover up” and you’ll find thousands of links.
How do UFOs and government secrecy about them point to Christ’s return?
First, the cover-up demonstrates that the shadow government has become proficient at lying, ridiculing and keeping HUGE secrets. That leads us to ask, “What else are they hiding?” It’s just one more indicator that America no longer belongs to the people. The government has established itself as overseer and controller, not a representative of those it used to serve.
Second, it forces us to ask, “What are UFOs and what are they doing here?” Are they spaceships from other planets? Time travelers? Top secret military craft? Angels or demons?
UFO researchers such as Stan Deyo, Brad Steiger, and Jacques Vallee lean toward the last explanation.
“…UFOs do not seem to exist as tangible, manufactured objects,” concluded ufologist and author John Keel before his death in 2009. “They do not conform to the natural laws of our environment. They seem to be nothing more than transmogrifications tailoring themselves to our abilities to understand. The thousands of contacts with the entities indicate that they are liars and put-on artists. The UFO manifestations seem to be, by and large, merely minor variations of the age-old demonological phenomenon.”
A few people take the concept further; they believe the Antichrist will arrive in a spaceship, perhaps claiming to be Christ returning to Earth. Hard-core end times nuts think ISON might be the Antichrist’s spacecraft, or that he’s inbound on Planet X and will come to Earth from there.
Or that may just be government disinformation to make conspiracy nuts look …well…crazy.
